I go here literally almost every single day for coffee and food in the AM. It’s usually a fine experience. I stopped in at 8:30pm on the dot last night for ice cream and was told BR was closed. I even told the cashier I thought the store closed at 9, no? They said yes, but they only had 2 people working. Not sure why that matters. If you close the ice cream part a whole half hour earlier it should be indicated online.

I went into buy a small coffee. I was the only customer. It took a full minutes before some took my order only because I said out loud can I get a coffee. Then with 4 or 5 employees standing around talking, I waited another 5 minutes for my coffee, until again I said ou loud, can somebody get my coffee! Terrible customer service.

Getting a little out of hand for a simple coffee or hot tea. Really need to take a step back on pricing. Often my husband gets a coffee but I just cannot see spending over $3 for a tea bag in hot water with a splash of cream. Just avoid ordering it anymore.

They need to straighten up their door dash, I put in a second order, called to let them know for it go with the first order at 7:57am and they oh yeah that's fine I'll do that, no I'm still waiting on my second coffee even though they were notified to wait until my second order was ready to put in the same bag. Then Nina the manager just said opps my bad when i called back to let her know what happen at 8:30 and how I'm still waiting on my second coffee. WE CALLED YOU AHEAD OF TIME FOR THE DOORDASH, it's not doordash fault, it's yours. No compensation nothing. Nina this is why people keep quitting on you. You should of never been promoted as manager, I've been dealing with this dunkin for over 11 years and once you stepped up, the store is a mess. Get it together.

Like every other Dunkin Donuts, this place is garbage. The coffee is garbage. The food is garbage and it is well overpriced.
I stopped in every Sunday morning to get my nephew his donuts before his football game. I normally don't like big chains but the atmosphere here was different. It was always great, fast service every single time!!
Kid-friendliness: My nephew is five and they loved when he came in on Sunday to see them. Very friendly workers..

This is the WORST dunkin you could go to in the whole area. They couldn't make an order right to save their lives. Every single time I go there and order a frozen matcha they give me what taste like just ice water. No flavor, no sweetner. I have to ask them to remake it EVERY time. Today I went in and had to have them remake it AGAIN and it was still wrong!! I just went home, I really didn't feel like dealing with their attitudes when they're the ones that made the mistake! So yeah, avoid this dunkin at all costs.
