Not sure how every time I come here I end up about 15-30 minutes late to work. A cold brew shouldn’t take 25 minutes to pour. This happens almost everytime I order now and it’s honestly bullshit I order ahead of time before I even get in the shower at home and I get to the store and still waiting.

So this place charges more than every other Dunkin in the area!!! I buy the same thing at the ones in Wilkes barre and the ones in Scranton and for some reason it always comes to more here!!!

Best Donkin Donuts ever! I know the crew for some time, soonest I walk in I’m greeted by name and we share laughs , daily dose of friendship , camaraderie! They are so very professional no matter how busy they are . They are perfection!! Love them 🫶🫶❤️ . I hope Corporate sees this review! I’m adding a few pictures but more crew members , which are equally amazing, were not here yesterday.

This place is great. It's a very busy place the best of all they have Baskin-Robbins It's always very clean and everyone is very friendly. They hold their staff accountable. So if you ever have an issue ask for a manager. And don't be afraid to, because they are all about customer service. Thank you for listening and understanding.

I go here literally almost every single day for coffee and food in the AM. It’s usually a fine experience. I stopped in at 8:30pm on the dot last night for ice cream and was told BR was closed. I even told the cashier I thought the store closed at 9, no? They said yes, but they only had 2 people working. Not sure why that matters. If you close the ice cream part a whole half hour earlier it should be indicated online.
I went into buy a small coffee. I was the only customer. It took a full minutes before some took my order only because I said out loud can I get a coffee. Then with 4 or 5 employees standing around talking, I waited another 5 minutes for my coffee, until again I said ou loud, can somebody get my coffee! Terrible customer service.

Getting a little out of hand for a simple coffee or hot tea. Really need to take a step back on pricing. Often my husband gets a coffee but I just cannot see spending over $3 for a tea bag in hot water with a splash of cream. Just avoid ordering it anymore.

They need to straighten up their door dash, I put in a second order, called to let them know for it go with the first order at 7:57am and they oh yeah that's fine I'll do that, no I'm still waiting on my second coffee even though they were notified to wait until my second order was ready to put in the same bag. Then Nina the manager just said opps my bad when i called back to let her know what happen at 8:30 and how I'm still waiting on my second coffee. WE CALLED YOU AHEAD OF TIME FOR THE DOORDASH, it's not doordash fault, it's yours. No compensation nothing. Nina this is why people keep quitting on you. You should of never been promoted as manager, I've been dealing with this dunkin for over 11 years and once you stepped up, the store is a mess. Get it together.
