Hey I hope someone sees this that can give my girl a raise or at least a gosh darn shiny star for being one herself. I didn’t catch her name bc you know the morning rush and all but she was working drive thru window around 10ish Saturday morning 3/16Honestly made my whole day having it start off being called queen, like the vibes were vibing, it doesn’t take much at all to put a smile on someone’s face yet workers often get in a robotic habit because maybe it’s safer at a corporate run place but honestly I would rather a little personality served up with my coffee in the AM. This beauty had blonde braids, St. Patty’s nails and light pouring from within her. Please forty fort I pray she wasn’t just a fill in she is a key player to y’all when it comes to customer satisfaction I guarantee that?

i go here very often, 5 times out of 10 my drinks come out right but this time was very unacceptable. cashier was rude and i guess wasnt in the mood.for reference, that drink in the picture was supposed to be a strawberry dragonfruit

I was in this morning purchased a mug I asked the girl to fill it up she refused my sister asked for a coffee as well the girl at the register rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth very poor customer service I then called to speak with manager and she stated she was busy and hung

Food was excellent, I asked for a bagel toasted extra crisp and light on the cream cheese came out perfect.

Came to the drive thru for a bagel with butter and this is what they gave me, I smelled something burnt in my bag and once I got to work this is what I saw. I didn’t extra for extra toasted or NOTHING. When I drove back on my lunch break to tell the manager she just took the bagel with no apologies she only said “I don’t know what they would hand it out like that” then only gave me about 2$ back for the inconvenience. I was so mad because not only did I not enjoy my breakfast there they couldn’t even replace it.

I got a latte yesterday around 2 pm and it was made incorrectly. The sweet girl at the window fixed it and made sure it was done correctly and it tasted wonderful. Good job to the managers who are running this dunkin i will be back.

Iced coffee is watered down or not being brewed correctly. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk. It was translucent and looked like a tea. It tasted like water with a hint of coffee! Won’t be going back to the Forty Fort location. I just read another review that reported the same problem.

Dear owners of the Forty-Fort Dunkin' Donuts:Please send someone through your drive-thru, order Some food order an iced coffee.Then go to the Plains location. Order the same things and taste the difference!Your coffee is weak and watered down and your food tastes like burnt metal because your machines are never clean. Seriously, do yourself a favor and taste test between yourself and every other Dunkin' donuts in the area and you'll see the difference. If you care about your business, if you care about your customers, you will do what needs to be done to correct the mess that your store is in.The Forty Fort location is horrible. The service is horrible, order is never ready or half the order is the the other half was never made. The food is under cooked and messy. There is no proper management, no quality control, no idea of how to prioritize orders.Go to the Dunkin on 315 before the Casino and you will enjoy the efficiency and kindness of the staff and food that tastes the way it should.

The staff at this place used to be good, but they SUCK now. Ordered a coffee and a side the last 2 weeks, because my favorite DD location is down right now, so I had to use Forty Fort's DD location. They forgot my side order twice! If you can't read food orders the correct way, you probably shouldn't work at a coffee shop, or a fast food chain. Oh, and if you go to the front to ask about your order, you'll be ignored by the cashier anyway lol So don't even bother. My second time, I knew better. Took my coffee and walked out. I'm sure the ice cream side is a lot easier for the staff to maintain, but as far as coffee orders go, don't do it. Posting 2 stars is even painful.
