I went out for dinner with a group of my friends on a Friday, and while the food and drinks were good, the service left a lot to be desired. After we finished eating, we paid our bill, tipped our waitress, and were simply sitting for a few minutes conversing and finishing our drinks. That’s when our waitress came over and asked us to hurry up and leave because they needed the table. I was appalled.
It was rude, unprofessional, and made us feel extremely unwelcome—especially considering we had already paid and were not lingering excessively. I mentioned it to the manager, and did receive an apology however,
We were looking forward to a relaxing night out, but instead we left feeling rushed and disrespected. Unfortunately, this experience really changed how we view this restaurant, and we won’t be returning anytime soon. It's time to train and hire better staff.

This happened to my brother that is walker bound. My brother and I just had a terrible experience at 3 Guys! Things could have been handled way differently, but the server went the rude way about it yes the walker was opened at the time, but I would have fixed it.
Server: “That” has to move.
Server: Proceeds to move the walker
Me: whoa what’s up.
Server: the walker is in the way
Me: okay okay
Server: continues to handle the walker and moving chairs where he would not be able to get it himself
Me: whoa can’t I just fold it up and keep it by our legs
Server: I guess
She walks away I’m like yeah let’s finish these beers and go
Sever: comes back so are you staying?
Me: no just paying for the beers.
Then of course he forgets his phone and she is nice as pie when I go get it.

The food looked great and tasted great too. The cheese steak was perfect and the cob salad was good too. They put fried Chicken on top of the cobb salad. So much fried chicken that it could have been an entre alone. Overall,for being in Pensyltucky, 3 Guys is a good pick.

Food is always delicious..service was horrendous. Waitress (older woman) is brutal. Makes you afraid to order. Not the first time, either. Was with a work group last Friday,..my co-worker said that waitress is mean. I said, I thought it was just me. She does this restaurant a disservice. Love 3 guys, but I refuse to have her wait on me..very condissending and always says give me a minute, threw silverware at us and the look you get if you need anything is nasty.

Getting hoagies from III Guys is CONSISTENTLY hit or miss. Now it's constantly a *miss* so we're done spending money here.
I got a turkey hoagie today and there was barely anything on it! 😠 A regular sandwich is thicker! Two slices of turkey, a tiny bit of lettuce, some onions and a couple tomato slices! Oh and it was DRY! We paid for mostly BREAD! Feels awesome to be shafted for what you paid for.
I had to put my own Mayo on it, add lettuce and add tomato to fill it! That's NOT the point of take out. Food quality is going DOWN last few years. ((See comments for pics of this sad hoagie))
We're done giving them the benefit of the doubt. The other hoagie we bought was also lacking & dry. Plenty of other good quality restaurants to choose from than wasting money on food that clearly quality isn't a priority.

My 1st time as a customer and last visit due to the insolent sarcastic and very unpleasant waitress upon taking our order to speaking to us in a very disrespectful way. I had to take a minute on pause to understand what is happening? We asked about what’s kind of soup 🍜 was on this menu and was given so much sarcastic answer as why we didn’t know or never heard of that kind of soup before. I apologize for never hearing and wasting her time to explain to us what kind of soup it was, so much that I forgot the name of it because I was taken back of the unnecessary behavior. We didn’t want to lower our level to hers because we like to try new things and ordered something else simple as a pizza instead. Pizza was just ok, service was a rate of a zero. The building and decoration was very nice 😊 which attracted us to this place. The waitress welcomed our atmosphere to a very uninvited coldness with her indolent behavior to never come around but to collect the check and to speak to us in demeaning manner to just lay the money on the table if your gonna tip and I’ll take it later. We only gave her a small tip based on her service of at least coming to our table to place the order. We don’t believe in not tipping even when someone is extremely rude. We understand how hard it is to work as a waitress. She was unthankful. We are not sure if this waitress was having a bad day but whatever her excuse is, please change your perspective when service to the public, not everyone will understand the unkindness. I rate this place based on service as just Poor Service. Thank you. We have no desire to revisit based on our first time experience.

I have been going here for years and the food is always great. With regular options and a seasonal menu there is something for everyone. I have always done takeout so I do not know what it is like to dine in. Definitely recommend trying!
