I came after work tonight. Been craving a famous a bowl ALL day!! Everything was great!! The drive thru person was friendly, and attentive and even got me to upgrade my meal!! All the staff at this location is beyond amazing!! I’ll be back again and again!!

The staff was friendly the food was good we didn't have to wait long.i ordered it to go but it appeared clean inside.I wish they had a drive through but I don't want to reflect that in my review stars and take away from the great job the staff had done.

Chicken tenders where like fatty sponges full of grease fries where cold and soggy bought 2 5 piece tenders got about 2 out of ten that where edible. Dont go here the food is horrible

Waited over an hour for my order that I placed online. While drive through and regular orders were processed first. Unacceptable to wait this long for a drive through service. It’s always this way at this location.

Referring to wyoming ave only Was given incorrect amt to pay at window was given amt of previous order person at window apologized but seemed preoccupied???? Was told to go wait for food in front of building after 20 minutes and seeing cars in line behind me get orders and leave I had to drive to end of line and ask very young boy at window what happened to my food he reached down to floor area picked up an open bag said here it is and tossed it through window of my car where it bounced off seat onto the floor This was on a busy Sunday and apparently the place was staffed by a clown circus crew Never encountered this here before so obviously thus crew needs an overhaul I have since heard odd stories about this place from neighbors THE KFC NEAR CAREY AVE NEVER A PROBLEM I CAN RECOMMEND THAT ONE

This place is a joke. Save your time and your money. Placed an order on the app said it was ready. Here they gave my food away to someone else and had me wait 20 mins to fix their screw up.

I experienced bad service, but the store was clean. The behavior of the employees was satisfactory. Three of us came to eat. We ordered 12 pieces of chicken wings. First we were given cold wings. Then after waiting for about 20 minutes, we were given only 7 pieces of wings. Then they changed it and gave us 12 pieces. We must pay for our time.
False advertisement Also the worse kfc in the country… staff is the worse and the phone never works ! How do you have a restaurant and the voicemail box is full ?

Not only did i wait for 38 minutes for a take out order but when I finally received it and got it home much to my surprise the 1st box i opened had nothing but fried chicken in it and i found 2 more pieces of chicken in another box well as you can imagine i immediately placed a phone call to the place and after i vented on the manager for 5 minutes about how inept and incompetent you have to be to confuse pieces of 🐔 for pieces of 🐟 and on top. Of that why on earth.do you have loose pieces of chicken hanging around the kitchen of a Long John Silvers at which point he quickly informed me that I had made said purchase at a Kentucky Fried Chicken Franchise and perhaps I would be better suited having my next meal in a secure facility familiar with my particular disorder so that they may safely guide me back to the current realm and Quantum computer generated reality that we are currently residing in
