Not only did i wait for 38 minutes for a take out order but when I finally received it and got it home much to my surprise the 1st box i opened had nothing but fried chicken in it and i found 2 more pieces of chicken in another box well as you can imagine i immediately placed a phone call to the place and after i vented on the manager for 5 minutes about how inept and incompetent you have to be to confuse pieces of 🐔 for pieces of 🐟 and on top. Of that why on earth.do you have loose pieces of chicken hanging around the kitchen of a Long John Silvers at which point he quickly informed me that I had made said purchase at a Kentucky Fried Chicken Franchise and perhaps I would be better suited having my next meal in a secure facility familiar with my particular disorder so that they may safely guide me back to the current realm and Quantum computer generated reality that we are currently residing in

DONT GO HERE!! Save your money and time this place is horrible. Go to Popeyes or even any gas station to get chicken. The workers are very ignorant and don't care about customers or even the place they work I ordered food though the app waited 20 minutes, drove over. By the time I got there, it said the food was ready. So I go in only for them to say they never got my order, so they tell me it's a 20 minute wait, so I wait. 30 minutes later, I ask what's going on, and they say the chicken takes a long time to cook it's going to be 10-15 more minutes. 5 minutes go by, and then they call my name only for them to ask if I want different chicken. I said no I want what I ordered. They then say well it's going to be another 30 minutes. So to conclude i ordered at 6:22pm i didn't leave until 7:55pm. Save yourself the headache

It's a KFC. A fast meal that will fill you up. The chicken sandwich is pretty good. The fried chicken is okay.
Customer service is the only thing that saves this place. Food was mid, surprisingly chicken had no flavor whatsoever. I don’t even get the correct order that I asked for.
This is the absolute worst KFC possible..Last time I was here they didn't even have my order after sitting in the lot for 25 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer so I left with no food. I called the store with my info and I never recieved a refund. This past time I waited 15 minutes for food in my car and couldn't wait anymore so I went in to ask where my order was. Took asking 3 people to find it and it was sitting there ready in the bag. No one brought it to me at the lot. Fries were half burnt. The hanover township location is 1000x better and I will never return to the kingston location ever again. I thought it would be more convenient to come to the Kingston location because it was closer.However by the time I got my food and got in and out of there I probably could have driven to hanover and gotten my food and been home.

Nasty lady employee screaming at other employees ruined the entire vibe. Food was okay but I felt second hand embarrassment and felt horrible for the poor workers getting yelled at. No way there’s anything that serious going on at KFC where someone should be screamed at and embarrassed in front of everyone in the store.

I enjoy KFC. However. I'm giving this location a low rating due to how long it takes to get your food and it unfortunately always has a bad crowd of customers inside. The one nice thing about this location, is that it's newly renovated and they do a great job of keeping it clean.
