This is the absolute worst KFC possible..Last time I was here they didn't even have my order after sitting in the lot for 25 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer so I left with no food. I called the store with my info and I never recieved a refund. This past time I waited 15 minutes for food in my car and couldn't wait anymore so I went in to ask where my order was. Took asking 3 people to find it and it was sitting there ready in the bag. No one brought it to me at the lot. Fries were half burnt. The hanover township location is 1000x better and I will never return to the kingston location ever again. I thought it would be more convenient to come to the Kingston location because it was closer.However by the time I got my food and got in and out of there I probably could have driven to hanover and gotten my food and been home.

Nasty lady employee screaming at other employees ruined the entire vibe. Food was okay but I felt second hand embarrassment and felt horrible for the poor workers getting yelled at. No way there’s anything that serious going on at KFC where someone should be screamed at and embarrassed in front of everyone in the store.

I enjoy KFC. However. I'm giving this location a low rating due to how long it takes to get your food and it unfortunately always has a bad crowd of customers inside. The one nice thing about this location, is that it's newly renovated and they do a great job of keeping it clean.

Went to this KFC to get food after ordering was instructed to pull to front of store proceeded to sit by the front of store for 25 minutes waiting for food after 15 minutes an employee came out and said the fryers were shut down and tried to do refund on food then when food finally came out they took the receipt out of the bag and didn't give and napkins or untesils will not be going back to this KFC

The food is good and the employees are very nice and get you your food quickly, but they never give you forks or straws in the drive thru which is super frustrating if I'm picking it up on my lunch and have no way to eat or drink it. And it's a regular occurrence especially with the no forks- I only ever get them if I specifically ask.

Drive thru is weird af. Parking lot is huge but only 1 way in and out, got lost trying to find the way in. Everything is fenced up. The biscuits were hella soft though, better than any KFC I’ve ever ate at.

I've enjoyed KFC for many years and this is the location best for me. For the past few years I've been using the drive thru. The staff is friendly, helpful and humorous. The food is good.
Ordered from uber eats twice in 2 weeks . Both times didn't receive half of our order and of course management is never anywhere to be found . Will not be ordering from here again . I'd suggest others dont as well since they don't seem to want to correct the issues .

Always enjoy KC chicken, either in original or crispy. The KC nuggets are very good too. Mac and Cheese is bland and probably hasn't changed since they first started offering M&C. Coleslaw and biscuits are good too.
