Not only did i wait for 38 minutes for a take out order but when I finally received it and got it home much to my surprise the 1st box i opened had nothing but fried chicken in it and i found 2 more pieces of chicken in another box well as you can imagine i immediately placed a phone call to the place and after i vented on the manager for 5 minutes about how inept and incompetent you have to be to confuse pieces of 🐔 for pieces of 🐟 and on top. The food is good and the employees are very nice and get you your food quickly, but they never give you forks or straws in the drive thru which is super frustrating if I'm picking it up on my lunch and have no way to eat or drink it. And it's a regular occurrence especially with the no forks- I only ever get them if I specifically ask.

Drive thru is weird af. Parking lot is huge but only 1 way in and out, got lost trying to find the way in. Everything is fenced up. The biscuits were hella soft though, better than any KFC I’ve ever ate at.
