Make sure you check your bill. I ordered on Beyond Menu for pick up and pay ahead isn’t an option. When I picked it up it was over a dollar more than the app said with a service fee already included. They added a tip to the receipt that was already printed out.
The last few times I have eaten there the manager was so unbelievably rude, but I love their happy chicken, so I thought i would give them another chance.
Big mistake! This man is so rude and I just don’t understand why he hasn’t been fired. He rolled his eyes at me while I was placing my order. very bad customer service. Extremely rude waiter who clearly hates his job. This guy was so impatient taking our order, the place was completely empty. He never came back to check refills. Never said thank you. I've never seen someone so hostile to customers in my life. While we were there he took take out orders.
