Poor service. Water served in a red solo cup. Order was wrong. I will not return.

Totally Twisted Pretzel

I LOVE Peking Chef! I used to eat there daily when I worked at Wyoming Valley Mall. I recently saw the same Panda Logo I remembered and found out they were in Kingston. I drove from Tamaqua PA. to get it (an hour plus). The food was as good as I remembered, and now I take a weekly drive up to get it! It is worth the drive! The food is always hot and delicious! My favorite dishes are the Garlic Chicken extra spicy (I get 5 stars), Ginger Chicken, extra spicy, and the Pineapple Chicken Fried rice! Don’t forget to grab a homemade Vegetable Roll while you are there! The man and lady working there always take good care of me. I’m glad after all these years I can eat my favorite food again! I will come back again and again because the food is authentic, delicious, and a great value! Great Job Peking Chef!!!

The fried rice is not good or appealing. Worker is rude and disrespectful if you allow it.

Legitimate traditional.

Food is always pretty good but the staff/owner/whoever runs it is very rude always
They never turn the heat up enough when it's cold and never turn the a/c on when it's hot. Also never give utensils when ordering to go. I've had multiple customers tell me that the owners are mean and strict but the food is decent. Just an overall bad service experience.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had, and the service was great!

Make sure you check your bill. I ordered on Beyond Menu for pick up and pay ahead isn’t an option. When I picked it up it was over a dollar more than the app said with a service fee already included. They added a tip to the receipt that was already printed out.

Horrible

Short guy at the counter don’t even acknowledge a walk in customer

placing a order it’s as pulling teeth with that dude.

Besides the good food that guy need to be in the kitchen, mopping or doing something else besides dealing with customers.

Overpriced also

We came in at 6:30. The signage on the restaurant said they were open until 9. He told us we needed to be out by 7. We expressed some confusion with the door signage and it was explained dining closed at 7 with the cold weather and take out was open until 9 and say that it was fine. The waiter repeatedly slammed things on the table took food away immediately, reminded us we needed to be gone and kept the lights low. Then another couple came in to sit down for dining and no mention was made about dining closing soon. He turned up the lighting and was completely different to them. I am not sure what was offensive about us that we were treated that way especially when we agreed to what he requested with just a confused question.
I will say about a year ago I went there for lunch with a friend and had no issues and the food was great. Maybe the waiter was having a bad day.

Great place for authentic Chinese food. I've ordered multiple items from the menu and I've never been disappointed. I usually go here for takeout but sometimes I visit to stay and eat. The staff are friendly and helpful with going over the menu with you and helping you choose a dish. It's always bright and clean and welcoming there. The seating area is rather small and could use a little more work on the furniture. But even though it's a small dining area, the positive outweighs a small dining area with outdated furniture. Hope you enjoy this place as my family does.!
