Service was terrible

My husband and I have been to this location multiple times. The person that works the front desk is the most arrogant and rude human being I’ve ever encountered. It’s almost as if he hates Americans. I will not return even though the food is delicious because of how disrespectful this worker is. It is a bother to him when you walk through the door - I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I called to ask what was in the ingredients of a certain sauce because I have allergies & needed to know before I order and have an allergy attack and I got attitude back from the person on the phone. They then said they can’t tell me because it’s a secret & then hung up on me and refused to answer my call after that. What? lol. No business from me lol. It’s not that hard to tell someone the ingredients of a sauce because of allergies they have, but all good, if you don’t want more business, I won’t give it to you.

I grew up going to Peking Chef and I have only had good experiences. Everyone in both locations have been very kind and I also had an option of dark meat or white meat chicken and that really makes a difference. The prices are only higher because “you get what you pay for” you are not buying a Kia for its “luxury” are you? Doubtful. I always go by that saying “you get what you pay for. It’s more expensive because the food is fresh and with the prices these days everything is going to be more expensive. We like to go to the location to dine in sometimes in Dallas but I love getting veggie fried rice and veggie egg rolls for lunch and it can range around 12.99 for the pint and a delicious big egg roll.

10/10 EXTREMELY good food. Might be a little pricy, but 1000% worth it. Extremely good family run it.

We got an order To-Go. Soup was room temperature, crispy noodles that go on top were very stale and they charged me an extra 35 cents for this unbelievably tiny little package. My girlfriend said the broccoli tasted “chemically” although I couldn’t taste anything. The guy that greeted us wasn’t very welcoming I felt like I was just annoying him the whole time while I was trying to be pleasant. Was just disappointed. We will stick to Kingza.

Poor service. Water served in a red solo cup. Order was wrong. I will not return.
I LOVE Peking Chef! I used to eat there daily when I worked at Wyoming Valley Mall. I recently saw the same Panda Logo I remembered and found out they were in Kingston. I drove from Tamaqua PA. to get it (an hour plus). The food was as good as I remembered, and now I take a weekly drive up to get it! It is worth the drive! The food is always hot and delicious! My favorite dishes are the Garlic Chicken extra spicy (I get 5 stars), Ginger Chicken, extra spicy, and the Pineapple Chicken Fried rice! Don’t forget to grab a homemade Vegetable Roll while you are there! The man and lady working there always take good care of me. I’m glad after all these years I can eat my favorite food again! I will come back again and again because the food is authentic, delicious, and a great value! Great Job Peking Chef!!!

The fried rice is not good or appealing. Worker is rude and disrespectful if you allow it.
Legitimate traditional.
So rude attention. Not good at all. Bad bad bad experience. No comeback anymore.
Food is always pretty good but the staff/owner/whoever runs it is very rude always
They never turn the heat up enough when it's cold and never turn the a/c on when it's hot. Also never give utensils when ordering to go. I've had multiple customers tell me that the owners are mean and strict but the food is decent. Just an overall bad service experience.
This is the best Chinese food I have ever had, and the service was great!
