It's a pizza Hut express, order the big box deal with 2 pan pizzas, bread sticks and 8 boneless wings, got a plain pizza and a meat lovers pizza there was just too much meat on the pizza so it made it soggy, if there wasn't so much meat on the pizza it would have been better. And the boneless wings sucked and the mild sauce was gross.

We had ordered and no delivery came by the time. Call to the store was apparently confused as to why we didn’t receive our order. Asked to speak to manager about a refund and no call was received back. We were out money for the whole order as well as not receiving anything. Highly disappointing and unprofessional!!
This place has terrible customer service. They went to the wrong address and then wouldn't give me a refund when requested. The person answering the phone was rude and hung up on me when I tried to call back. They delivered the pizza an hour late the cheese was sliding off the pizza and it was cold. I will never eat here again the worst experience I've ever had with pizza hut. The delivery driver tried to charge me more money than what I owed and tried to argue with at my door after arriving late with cold food smh.

HORRIBLE stuffed crust pizza. There was no cheese.. it looked like it melted out and it was juss a crust with a hole and dry.. the actual pizza fir the stuff crust was like really chewy. the pan pizza was great!!! def not like dominos stuff crust ir tge store bought....

Horrible experience, ordered, got the wrong pizza. Management refused to exchange or refund, last time, not worth the time or aggravation. Would suggest ALMOST anywhere else other than the Pizza Hut in Kingston.

I drove to this location to pickup an Uber eats order that was already accepted AND PAID FOR. When I walked in the woman just stated repeatedly WE ARE CLOSED. I tried to explain that I was here to deliver an order that they had already accepted, the consumer already paid for and I already drove to deliver! WE ARE CLOSED. Lights were on, door was opened. I’m not sure what kind of scam this was, but it wasn’t ok and the employee was extremely rude and unapologetic. Pick a different pizza place.

I ordered on the Pizza Hut website. After 1 hour 45 minutes of waiting, I called the store. They said the order was on the way. About 3 minutes later, a different employee from the store called back saying the driver could not find our house, so they left it, about 25 minutes ago, at a nearby house, and that I should go look for it. I asked why I was not called, since my phone number was given with the order, and the employee replied that we were on a one way street so the driver could not stop and call us. I went down the street to look for the order and it was found, on the sidewalk in front of a neighbors house. The boxes were covered in ants, since the order had been sitting on the literal ground for almost half an hour. I immediately threw the food in the trash and called the store, told them what happened and requested a refund. A third? Employee asked me to send him pictures of the food, so he could show his manager, who he said was not at the store that day, and the manager would determine if we would get a refund. I said some choice words and hung up, and called corporate customer service, where the order number was taken and a refund was issued.

Driver forgot my 2 liter and said he would be back with it. He has not come back and he will not be back. Lied to my face. Food also is nothing like I remember Pizza Hut. Don’t bother wasting your time and money.

I am honestly without words and want to start by saying that I’m not fond of leaving bad reviews but when the service is horrible I have no choice but to let the whole world know. This review is solely about the service provided. I ordered a personal meal from this restaurant and arrived 25 minutes late from the time the application said the order would be available for pick up. So far all is good. I check in via the app stating that I’m here. Now I have a question to the world, if a business states that they have curbside pick up, shouldn’t they be able to provide curbside pick? I waited 5 minutes after checking in using the app and ended up calling their number which had me go through some prompts and got connected to some ordering service rep. I told them that I had been outside waiting for my order for about 5 minutes and asked if I needed to go inside to pick up the order. They told that I don’t need to go in and to just wait in my car and they would notify the store. So I waited 13 minutes and called, this time I spoke with a lady at the store and told here that I have a curbside pick up and asked again if it was required of me to go inside to get my order because I have been waiting and no one has come out. Her response was, no. She was going to get my order and be with me shortly. 2 minutes had passed and yet nothing. Now this is the interesting part. Everyone might ask way didn’t I just go in and get my order? I am a caregiver and work with individuals with intellectuals disabilities, I can’t just get out of my car and leave my individual alone. So at first I thought they were busy but when I saw three people go in and simply come out with there orders I had to call again to make one final attempt. I get someone on the phone and they simply hung up. I at this moment was furious. I go in and tell them I’m waiting for someone to bring my curbside order to my car and they both look at me as if I’m crazy and they have no clue what I am talking about. I was asked for my phone number and then he looked up the order and went ahead and gave my order that was conveniently in the waiting oven they have close to the register. But still forget to give me or offer me my drink that is paid for and on their receipt. I had to ask them for it and once again got that crazy look a if they didn’t know what I was talking about and then said to grab a drink from the fridge nearby. This is by far another business on my crappy list of horrible customer service. Will I buy from here again? Maybe. But only if I’m going to go in to get my order. Don’t have on an app that you offer something that you are not ready to supply. Just simply do what other businesses do. They tell you no curbside. Just pick up or walk in. This is ridiculous. But to top it off the horrible service when I called and went inside. This is just crazy. Things nowadays have lost its essence when it comes to customer service. And the worst part is that it’s as if no one cares anymore.

Tried to order the $12 any crust, up to 10 toppings deal. I ordered w 4 toppings. I added for the total,he said $23. I was like,what? He told me I was only allowed 1 topping. I said no,the ad says up to 10. The guy was totally obnoxious and I felt like I was having a conversation w his entire family. He kept talking w others while I was trying to place my order. The 2 other times I ordered from there it was disgusting. First time was a melt and everything was completely raw. The second time the pizza was cold and appeared to be old...like a leftover one from the day before. I figured I'd give it one last shot. Three strike rule. I'm done w these unprofessional "pretend to be cooks". If I could rate it at zero,I would. Trying to charge $23 for a $12 pizza which is what their ad says online... rip-offs and then arguing w me about it.???
First and definitely last time ordering here. It's been awhile and per the website there was a deal on a large pan pizza, GREAT. $12.99, perfect price. Get there to pick up the order and somehow we've reached $30 and some change.. You TRY to ask questions and even show the ad that inspired you to order in the first place.. but can't make out a single word anyone is saying and then to be mocked in another language!? Done. Tried to go home and make sense of the prices from the website and basically this location is just charging whatever they want.. Prices don't add up from the website to what is being charged. Contacted corporate who is forwarding complaint to 'store leadership' Way to go pizza hut.. beyond disappointed.
