Something Special Croissants

Delicious food! I’m not sure if the owners are just very overwhelmed with the amount of people in a small space, but they are beyond rude. A few people I know have boycotted them due to their rude attitudes. Be kind, especially to those who are supporting your small business.

Where do I begin with my recommendation? I have been a regular at this unique restaurant for many years. I was especially grateful that the outside pickup was available during Covid. My favorite sandwich is the Nicole and I also love that there are 3 different soups available each day. The ricotta cookies(regular) and the pumpkin ricotta cookies are excellent! Snickerdoodles are to die for! The selection of several types of bread is wonderful. Also the availability of ordering pies, cookies & other food for parties and holidays is great. Colleen, Joe and Emily go above and beyond in making their customers feel welcome. Something Special is an awesome place to meet with your friends. Whenever anyone asks our group where we want to go they actually know my answer…Something Special…give it a try.

It was my daughter and I first time there. I paid $45 for a bistro sandwich with bacon,a house platter with bacon on the side and the French toast. I got a large cappuccino and a can of coke. Never got bacon on my bistro sandwich. They came out with 2 pieces of bacon on the side. The house platter did not have potatoes and the toast was not buttered nor did they give us butter. I never got butter or syrup for my French toast. We ate outside at the tables so they could have at least supplied the stuff that was needed.

Love this place and the food is great. We'll be back again, been coming here since 2017.

Ordered the special for the day and it was a small tortilla shell with about a 1/4 cup of rice a few sprigs of lettuce and 5 small chicken bites on top for $14!!! I used to love this place. I called to complain and the manager said “Well sir everything is house made like we aren’t using frozen chicken” to which I said I completely understand that but even in this economy $14 for that is extremely ridiculous and she said “well no one here seems to have a problem people have been eating it all day and loving is so sorry” I had to hang up before I got rude. I am so incredibly dissatisfied with the price and the service and the way it was handled. I used to order once or twice a week and I will not be returning. So disappointed!

Got the House Plate with sausage paired with a Cherry Smash Lemonade! It was absolutely delicious! You must try this place!

Cute bakery /restaurant. Quiches are light & fluffy.

My wife and I ordered a half sandwich and soup with salad, blew me away! The bread was awesome, food was phenomenal, and the wait staff were wonderful! Going back today to see what's for breakfast.

Wow! How did I never hear about this place?! Staff is welcoming and professional, and the food is awesome! I had this amazing chocolate, strawberry latte, which was SO good, I'm actually getting thirsty now thinking about it! I got the Thursday Taco Special, which was excellent, but now I can't wait to go back to try the quiches, croissants and home made soups. I took a loaf of the cranberry walnut bread home, and after my husband ate 3 slices, he asked me to never bring it home again- ha! Now I can't wait to try their chicken salad sandwhich on that bread! What a great little place! My new favorite!

A hidden gem, in my opinion. Every time that I've been here, my food has always been amazing. Finding parking can be a bit hard to find, but it's worth it.
