The workers here are SO nice! I dropped my coffee without even having a sip. I went back and told the ladies what happened and they made me a new one free of charge and they even gave me an Apple danish. Incredibly sweet staff!

(Bring a jacket, cold inside 😆) Updating my review!! I'm unsure whether management has changed, but the service has been amazing. The workers are kind, have more hands on deck, and drinks come out super fast unless they're absolutely slammed. The place is always clean, the atmosphere is comfy, and the coffee cake, croissants and brownies always brighten my day, items that are missing from a lot of other locations, but they always have here!

The worker with the bright platinum blonde hair (can’t miss it) is extremely rude and can’t own up to her own mistakes, instead blames it on the customer and makes up lies to back it up.

I am mobile ordered a chai at 11:08 AM. I arrived at 11:28 AM because the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. They never made my drink and they said that they called my name out and I wasn’t there For an hour, so they dumped it, but the order wasn’t even placed an hour ago and the worker was talking to me the whole time. Do not recommend the girl with bright blonde hair.

I’m a regular at the new Starbucks by the Wyoming Valley Mall, but today I stopped into this Kingston location for the first time. I really like it ! The AC is not overly cold, nor is the music overly loud… And their indoor and outdoor seating are all superior, by Superior I mean very comfortable !

Parking: Parking depends on time of day and is better at night Get breakfast at mickey d's cheaper and more edible as this place nukes sandwich into oblivion
