Terrible customer service, employee looked at me when I walked in and no one greeted me. Wasn’t even that busy inside or in the drive thru. Corporate definitely needs to give some training on Customer service.

The bean burritos ordered are always packed full of old beans, no red sauce or cheese. Service is a hit or miss. Sometimes rude! Where's the quality anymore? Bean burritos should always have red sauce with cheese and beans. Seems like the past few years they’ve skimped over what they should be.

The customer service was trash and so was the food. Food was cold and soggy. The person taking our orders was impatient, they gave only 1 ranch dip and was so quick to close the window before we can finish communication

Stopped going there because prices got too high. With Burger King and McDonald's you can get the app and get reduced prices on items. I don't know if Taco Bell has an app?
Service was horrible as they would not answer the phone when I went to call in concern with the order, literally answered the phone and hung up immediately multiple times!! When we received the food it was not as ordered and cold and at first I was just calling to get new stuff not make an issue and I couldn’t even get the satisfaction of a customer getting what they were supposed to for their money, never eat at this establishment!!!! I also put a photo of the undercooked cold chicken!!!

I really didn't like how there was alot of worker's but had one person doing everything idk if it was me just thinking that or believe what I was really seeing as the little while I was there with my friend i was about to start helping him do it but I got told not to and my friend was laughing at me bc I really got upset and mad that there was sooooo many people that could have done it but had the one do it all smh he was nice at that as well he looked young two smh take advantage of the young ones
