Food just not good. Breakfast potatoes very over seasoned. Had a Nashville Chicken Breakfast wrap. Same issue over seasoned and just not good. Waitress was nice, but seems like she was busy even though the place was not. To many better choices near by . Will not be back.

The breakfast was very overwhelming. The food took almost an hour to come out and when it did, was cold. I've been here 4 times and have had underwhelming meals 3 of those. Will not be back again

only asked for a "plain" bacon and sausage on a bagel (specifying bacon and sausage only, no cheese or sauce) i got bacon egg no sausage cheese and every sauce imaginable, i go back and explain my order in person after taking it to where i was at to eat it. i get there and they take it back and bring out the same thing just without the buffalo sauce and gave me my sausage 20 mins before my second order of wrong food came out. i call then back after finding it wrong the second time and the lady goes just give me your name and number and ill have my manager call you by the end of the day, like thats gonna resolve any thing from this MORNING, ill be happy to tell people about this experience whenever brought up?

The Atrium is a breakfast and lunch restaurant located in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Its breakfast menu includes a variety of omelets, French toasts, Eggs Benedicts, oatmeal and other staples. Its lunch menu includes burgers, wraps, soups, salads and other items.
We arrived shortly after 9:30 on a Wednesday morning and had our choice of tables in the mostly empty, high-ceilinged dining area. We ordered our coffee and orange juice while looking over the menu.
I was eager to try the Crab Benny, an Eggs Benedict dish featuring jumbo lump crab cakes on toasted English muffins, topped with two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and Old Bay seasoning. However, the meal wasn't available because the restaurant ran out of Hollandaise.
I then chose the French Toast Melt, consisting of battered and grilled brioche bread, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and hash browns. Butter and syrup were baked in the batter, and although powdered sugar was supposed to be included, it wasn't present (unless that was in the batter as well). The sandwich was served with a side of breakfast potatoes.
As one would imagine, the sandwich packed a lot of sodium; however, The Atrium wasn't sparing with the meat. The hand-held was very filling, and I struggled to finish it. It was just as well, as the breakfast potatoes were not entirely pleasing. Each morsel of potato was the same size, which meant that they weren't freshly made but came frozen from a bag. They were also sodium-laden and overdone, as they tasted burnt.
The Brioche French Toast, which included cinnamon, vanilla, egg wash, and powdered sugar, was disappointing. First, it certainly didn't appear to be Brioche, but rather plain white bread. We had the option of topping, so fresh strawberries were chosen. However, it came with only a few strawberries at most, alongside two small containers of syrup.
Overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming. The place was clean and inviting, and the service was fine enough; however, when you don't have the main ingredient for what takes up about ⅙ of your breakfast menu, and sparingly use another featured ingredient, it makes one suspect of what other unwelcome surprises may come about. I wouldn't turn down another opportunity to visit again, for I would be curious about their lunch menu. Nevertheless, I wouldn't suggest The Atrium when inviting someone to breakfast.

Switched to The Atrium Restaurant after Market Street Burgers went downhill. My first experience there was pretty good, decent service and the quality of food I was used to from Market Street. But the last two times we have ordered to go, it's been a pretty big fail. Today, the macaroni and cheese was basically noodles sitting in milk (which I drained in order to eat it - it never congealed), the chicken on the quesadilla was dry, the bread on the grilled cheese was stale (maybe - not sure but it tasted off) and we received only one cookie all though we ordered (and paid for) two. This is all after waiting an additional 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready for pick up. Call me picky, but these are all relatively easy things to make.

Blah! As soon as we walked in we were overwhelmed with horrible smell of old oil from the deep fryer! Yuck. Not one other customer was there so you would think service would be great right? No, we were forgotten about because the server was too busy checking her phone and wrapping silverware. The food was lousy, zero flavor and the potatoes were puffs of air, devoid of any potato because they were so over cooked. The Spanish omelet had zero flavor, no cheese and maybe a teaspoon of salsa. It’s an echoing cavern with a super loud and annoying heating system to top it off. I didn’t want to use the restroom because it’s is a separate hallway and there was what appeared to be a cleaning man back there. Eventually when I could no longer see him I went, that too was in poor shape. One sink was not operational and the stalls were grimy.

Stopped for lunch, Had cup chicken soup loaded with chicken and vegetables did care for the broth had a lemon taste. Also had the cheese steak pannini and fries, that was delicious. Atmosphere was very loud reminded me of a cafeteria, hard to hear conversations at our table.
