I have been looking forward to visiting The Looking Glass Cafe since I moved back to NEPA. While the atmosphere is pretty cool, I was highly disappointed with the service. No one offered to take our order. When we finally did order, they were out of what we had wanted so we settled for lattes instead. Initially my fiance and I planned on getting food and quickly changed our minds upon entering. While I'm aware this is a cafe with a limited menu, I wasn't aware that the "kitchen" was just a woman who WASN'T WEARING GLOVES, out in the open preparing food on a what looked like a make shift panini press. The cherry on top was when I went to the ladies room and found myself without any type of toilet paper or paper towels. To be honest, the whole place looked run down and a tad dirty. Perhaps my expectations were too high or perhaps competence has vanished in the recent years.

This place is funky and really cool to just be in. Been getting hounded to go for bubble tea / balls by my kids.Pickle grilled cheese was LIGHTS OUT!Not much area to sit if you go with party of 4 and want to sit. Bar top areas and 2 tables that were taken when we got there. Really liked just being there.

The Looking Glass Cafe is a delightful haven that transcends the ordinary. Stepping inside feels like entering a realm of pure charm and warmth. The ambiance is enchanting, with cozy corners and soft lighting that invite you to linger. The menu is a culinary adventure, offering a delightful array of creative dishes and artisanal beverages. The staff's friendliness adds an extra layer of comfort, especially the very welcoming and pleasant worker Paige, making every visit a genuinely uplifting experience. In the Looking Glass, time seems to slow down, allowing you to savor each moment in a space that effortlessly combines sophistication and genuine hospitality. It's not just a cafe; it's a portal to a world where joy is brewed, and optimism is the secret ingredient in every cup.

Can’t say enough about this little secret cafe cafe in Kingston. Brunch was phenomenal! Staff is amazing. That adorable little girl with the freckles, Paige, was so friendly and her tattoos are amazing! If I’m not mistaken, I think the owner of The Looking Glass, Dez, did them! We will definitely be back!

I love this place so much! Every time I come into town it’s a must I make a stop here. Everything is so amazing from the food (to die for), drinks, the vibes (are immaculate), the people, and everyone who works there, especially Jean!!! If you’re thinking about going here, DO IT. You won’t regret it.

The Looking Glass Café is an exceptional gem for coffee aficionados and beyond. Their unique drink menu showcases innovative blends and creative concoctions that tantalize the taste buds. The standout feature, however, is the exceptional service, especially from Paige - she was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured I had a delightful experience. Aside from the delicious drinks and food, the addition of a fun gift shop, AlleyCrafts, adds an extra layer of charm, making it a perfect spot to savor delightful beverages while exploring unique finds. I will definitely be back!
