Don’t get it twisted, I love this place and if it wasn’t 20+ min away I’d frequent like I used to.
That being said, since a large pizza and 18 wings is $41, I’d appreciate more mushrooms on it lol
No celery for the wings either. I called to try and see who I can send this to, get a coupon approved, and be on my merry way. For refunds/swaps, the pizza has to come back to the store. I suggest checking your pizza before leaving, just in case.
As for me, I didn’t bring my pizza back. But I did get something extra! I received the sweet sound of a SLAM as the phone hung up hard in my face lol

classic pizza joint. square pizza is really good. place is a tad dark but over all nice place.
Normally they are amazing, and I would 100% recommend them. Tonight however was different. My family and I do not eat pork at all, and though it's fine if they use the equipment with pork products we cannot eat it if it's on the food. There was pepperoni pieces on our food and we called to have it returned and replaced without us eating any of it, they proceded to argue with us about just taking it off the slices and wouldn't accept that we cannot eat it due to our personal beliefs. Mark was the one making the pizzas and arguing with us about it, to the point of saying sarcastically, "We don't do it for people but just for you I'll clean the pizza cutter and oven and tray." We will likely be getting Tommy's again but certainly not a night when Mark is there.

I love this place alot. Me and my husband order here quite often. Great service and people. However, Mark, not a nice guy, AT ALL! Rude. Condescending. Mocked my husband for having religious restrictions. I will not order from here while marks on shift. Never ever again! Everyone else, sweet and kinds and amazing and thorough. Keep it up!
We order pizza and wings once a week trying different places. Haven't had Tommy's in years, I remembered they used to be good so we ordered. 12 wing and 8 cuts sicilian pizza. Wings were AWFUL! Ordered Xcrispy and they were barely even cooked. Ate 3 of them and threw the rest away. Pizza was edible but not good...I love wings, I'll eat them even if they're not the greatest but these were terrible. Definitely top 3 worst in the area

I ordered a four-cuts of pizza, but there was a significant delay, and others who ordered after me got their food first including 6 to 10 cuts of pizza. When I mentioned this to the cashier, when she asked how my everything was, her response was a bit dismissive and defensive. We also ordered2 other items, more complex meals like a pasta dish and buffalo bites and they came out before the pizza, no problem but we were done and still no pizza.. The bottom line is this place is called the Pizza corner so you expect to get pizza. I'm very patient I understand a wait and short staff but when everyone around you is getting their pizza and your not it kind of raises an eyebrow. It would have been nice to get an update on my order without asking or a more understanding response, when I questioned the wait. The reaction from the staff , primarily the cashier made the whole experience less enjoyable. Do yourself a favor order ahead if you're going to sit down and dine at this establishment.

This was my first time in 12yrs of living in this area that I ordered from Tommy's. I had ordered $70 worth of food. I was excited!! Got home and the cold Italian was incorrectly made. So I called and was on hold so I decided to drive over while still on hold. I got to the store and was on hold for 11 mins. When I stated to the young girl who referred herself as a child that my order was wrong she got upset and said I'm just a child. I just wanted my order corrected. But to tell me your a child and make the seen you made!! You shouldn't work there!!

I'm some what of a pizza connoisseur, I travel for work and try pizza all over the place. I must say this is some of my favorite pizza I've tried yet. I'm picky when it comes to marinara sauce, but this place has it just how I like it. I tasted great, a little sweet. I got 8 slices with extra cheese and pepperoni it was awesome. I'm definitely marking this place on my list of good spots! When my pizza was done it was placed on the counter and it sat for about 10 minutes before I finally asked if that was mine. The cashier just kept walking by it like he didn't notice it there. It had cooled down quite a bit by the time I got it back to where I was staying and ate it. That's my only complaint and it was still pretty warm so it wasn't bad. I like pan pizza, it's my favorite and this is some of the best I've ever had. Also it's a fair price which is nice.
