I’ve had a rough few weeks and recovering from surgery, my daughter and friend convinced me to get out last night. We went to my favorite place, Allegheny Mariner. Brandon was our server. He was wonderful!!! He made the evening so wonderful for us. The beauty of the place, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the delicious food makes it a definite favorite of ours’.
1st time here, been wanting to try it because I’ve heard good things about it. I wish I would have went to Texas Roadhouse instead. I ordered prime rib. It was cut to a slim 3/8 inch. Somehow it was raw in the middle. Extremely disappointing! But slightly impressed someone could cook a piece of meat that thin that raw. But the 15% discount may entice me to try again. If I can TR takeout and sit by the river.
We met our friends for drinks on the amazing deck and then dinner in the restaurant. The bartender on the deck was excellent and extremely accommodating. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Prime rib, halibut, chicken parm, and pasta w shrimp were excellent. Will definitely be back.
