Disappointed on our last vist. Food was just ok. Cocktail had to be sent back. Was suppose to be a Cosmo, but had an awful taste, rather skunky taste. Tasted nothing like a Cosmo. Not sure what she put in it, but it was not a Cosmo. Service was very good.

The service was great and the atmosphere was calm but the food was 2 stars. My husband and I ordered the oysters for an appetizer and they were clearly the frozen oysters you buy at Walmart and they were drenched in water seasoned with garlic or something. We both had the house salad and both of our salads tasted like pure chemicals, we couldn’t finish them. My entree was chicken parm, it was good but nothing crazy and my husband ordered a medium rare steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. His steak was well done and burnt to the point it was rubbery and his serving of mashed potatoes was the size of a tablespoon and he only had 4 strings of green beans. He had to send his food back and just share my chicken parm since he felt bad for sending the food back. My sweet tea also didn’t taste good. Portion size of my chicken parm was good but the appetizer and only my chicken parm was $50 that’s not worth it at all. He also had a blue moon and it was flat.
UPDATE: 24 hrs later I now have food poisoning

It's a cool restaurant and the outdoor seating is really nice.
The service started well enough. The waitress was really nice and attentive. However, a second waitress or maybe a manager idk came over and I guess we weren't supposed to have been sat where we were because a band was playing at some point. She kind of strongly implied that we needed to move while we were in the middle of eating.
The food was just not good at all. I had the salmon and it was tasted old, the mashed potatoes it sat on had a strange taste as well.
Overall it's a really nice place and the waitress, bartender, and hostess were all really nice. Manager person was a little underwhelming and the food was not good.

Mixed feelings about our evening. The atmosphere s excellent. Day by the window overlooking the Allegheny on a beautiful sunny day. The staff was very friendly. I had the chicken Parm over angel hair. The sauce packed seasoning, the pasta very overcooked, and they chopped up my pasta in tiny little pieces. My honey enjoyed the all you can eat crab legs. The drawn butter with the crab was not put butter. They insisted it was, but it taste like butter mixed with canola oil. Definitely not acceptable at$68. Also the butter served with the bread was a butter blend that contains palm and soybean oil. No real butter in the house!!! Also the kitchen closes at 9pm pm a Friday night.

We've been coming here for years, and we always have hopes that it will get better but it just never does. We know ahead of time we're coming for the water view and atmosphere and that's about where the experience peaks.
It's almost like running a restaurant/bar isn't really their first love or strong suit, everything seems to confuse and befuddle the staff, down to making drinks that are advertised the table. Even the appetizers are never really hot.
One thing though, it is consistent, if you know what to expect it's all ok, because it's always the same, so there's that!

This place used to be good, but it's gone downhill big time. Service was very disorganized and totally neglectful. We had to ask for btead three times. I ask for decaf coffe and got tea.
Cheesy potato soup had no potatoes. Prime rib was just about raw and I ordered it medium. We will never go back! Meredith Inn down the street beats this place hands down!
This is a must go place when in Kittaning. Great deck with river view. Manager is very attentive!

Great vibe and great music out on the deck. Excellent food, and the service was just right; made you feel that you weren't forgotten and made sure we were taking care of. I definitely will be returning!

Beautiful atmosphere! Easy parking! Beer Battered Deviled Eggs are worth the visit alone! The rest of the food was hit or miss. Notes to the chef: When paying $30+ for the seafood trio, the potato pancake should not taste like a lump of fried instant mashed potatoes. Find a good potato latke recipe and use it! Additionally, the dish needs some kind of extra sauce as fresh tuna is so dry! Speaking of sauce, while the chicken is perfectly done on the chicken parmesan, the bed of pasta is far too dry. Don't worry, I am just a cranky old woman, and will we definitely return!
