Customer Service was absolutely horrible! Food was absolutely undercooked and cold! Went back at 11:45pm and they were saying they were closed already. And to tell me you guys don’t have a thermometer to check the food temp was absolutely the worst lie I have ever been told! TRASH!! Customer Service is your number one job be better!!! Also got a pumpkin turnover and didn’t even receive it either! If you don’t like your job then go find another one!

Went thru the drive thru. Talk about slow. I think a turtle would’ve been faster
Ordered the 2-$6 deal.
2 chicken sandwiches, a roast beef and chicken
2 crinkle fries
2 shakes
Our hot food was cold. I think the shakes were warmer than our food. Very disappointing.

i’m very upset with this place i used to be a co worker the and i made great friends anyways i order food there and got it door dashed and i don’t get any arby’s sauce and no marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks and my bag wasn’t fully closed it had two stickers on and it still was open i opened the bag my mozzarella sticks were everywhere and my curly fry’s were everywhere im very upset with arby’s door dash system

They seldom make anything correctly. Missing items and skimpy portions. Whoever runs this place needs to step it up. Fast food is not cheap, and making food wrong is a joke. I'll go to the Sarver location. Much better food and service.

I brought my dad here when his blood sugar went out. One of the ladies handed him a sweet tea before he had even finished ordering, and they had him his food in less than a minute.

They were really a lifesaver.

No napkins asked for mayo and they dropped it in a bucket of mayo(sloppy mess),roast beef was cold, bun was stale. Girl complaining about having no help cause someone called off. I was the only one there.
