The food is good, but nothing is cheap these days. I think the salad could have had a little more lettuce. It is a fun historic place to eat with the muffler man out front.

Took me back in time when I used to go to the Cadet with my dad in the 70’s ??? the original Poorboy was fantastic !

Went here for the first time, a family meetup. Got the "famous" poor boy burger. The food is basically....basic, but not bad, sort of what you get at home. Portions weren't small, but you won't leave feeling bloated. The atmosphere is dated, sort of a cross between your grandma's 70s house, a funeral home and a diner.

It took forever for the waitress to take our order. When our order came out you would have thought it was off the kids menu, the ? burgers were really small for the price. My mom ordered a raspberry ice tea and there was some much sugar in it that there was remnants of it in the bottom of the glass. My mom almost fell bathroom because it was slippery like someobe pour soap the floor.
Parking: No where does it say to go thru Sheetz to get to the restaurant. I had to drive a mile down the road and make a u turn.
Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom is NOT wheelchair friendly.

We were greated immediately when we walked in and sat right away. The server was very friendly and prompt. The food was exceptionally delicious with large servings. We absolutely will be going back.
Parking: Turn at the light by Sheetz and enter behind the gas station

Who is reviewing this place that it had a 4.3 for real ? I mean thank god there’s at least a sheetz next door, I gotta say I’ve never had a double bacon cheeseburger with two patties so thin and so over cooked, just not impressed at all, just came off trails and waterfalls and was so hungry. Not sure what keeps this place open.
