I ordered my husband a 1/4 sheet cake, I asked for a edible oiuja board image to be put on it and when I picked it up the image was a small square. When i was leaving a woman with the same size cake and edible print came out and her print covered her cake. All I have to say is I'm very disappointed and would not ordered from kittanning dq again.

The girl at the counter was not very welcoming, it was busy but a smile and a hello goes a long way . Fast getting our order to us , very delicious

It wasn't that bad...? Prices are INSANE, but food is of good quality. I always get the chicken and/or a cotton candy blizzard, and I am pleased as punch.

....stick to what you know. You can do ice cream! Okay?

And if you insist on doing hot food, time things better with how you hand everything out.

I came through the drive-thru tonight and got some ice cream and a chicken basket. The person handing out my ice cream asked if I needed lids on my ice cream and I declined, thinking it'd be just a moment before I got my food and left.

Let me just say, you should have just plain lidded them if you KNEW the hot food would have taken a while. But no, by the time I realized what I was in for, it was too late and I was fighting a sundae, sipping melted ice cream off the top so it wouldn't go all over my car.

I highly recommend that, if you are going to have someone deliver the hot food anyway, you deliver the ice cream at the same time as well. This was appalling. I was in such a sour mood getting home with everything, I almost just plain threw my food out....it makes me sick to my stomach how badly this situation was handled on your end.

Please rethink how you handle hot food at the drive thru. Please, dear God. And don't just "offer" lids for multiple ice creams to a single driver who is going to waiting a while for food. Just do it...because ice cream melts....and someone (like me) who doesn't normally order hot food at Dairy Queen and isn't aware it takes a day and a half to make and get out to people....is going to be the only one who suffers....

Such a shame.
