Okay?And if you insist on doing hot food, time things better with how you hand everything out.I came through the drive-thru tonight and got some ice cream and a chicken basket. The person handing out my ice cream asked if I needed lids on my ice cream and I declined, thinking it'd be just a moment before I got my food and left.Let me just say, you should have just plain lidded them if you KNEW the hot food would have taken a while. But no, by the time I realized what I was in for, it was too late and I was fighting a sundae, sipping melted ice cream off the top so it wouldn't go all over my car.I highly recommend that, if you are going to have someone deliver the hot food anyway, you deliver the ice cream at the same time as well. This was appalling. I was in such a sour mood getting home with everything, I almost just plain threw my food out....it makes me sick to my stomach how badly this situation was handled on your end.Please rethink how you handle hot food at the drive thru. Please, dear God. And don't just "offer" lids for multiple ice creams to a single driver who is going to waiting a while for food. Just do it...because ice cream melts....and someone (like me) who doesn't normally order hot food at Dairy Queen and isn't aware it takes a day and a half to make and get out to people....is going to be the only one who suffers....Such a shame.

Just order food from online go up my bf sat at the speaker no one answered went to the door there was a written note saying they open at 11 when online said 10 the manger said they would re make it made 2 trios got food all the ice cream was melted they didn't flip blizzards they poked a whole in my cup and put 2 cups and lids you could tell food wasn't remade I had brown lettuce and all she did when I call was attuide and said I'm the only one here well shouldn't be open then and said I could show you the food I threw away and blamed why no one answered the speaker the plow guys messed up cones I guess when that's not their job but when my bf called the first time to see what happened they said they weren't trying to get headset on in time so lied to make excuses and tell me they don't have a corporate number ridiculous ill never go there again

Always a pleasure going here, we actually drive 25 minutes out of our way to go to the Kittanning Dairy Queen.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid friendly outdoor dining area, as well as a kid friendly dining area. Very clean and well maintained.

I love the cook by the name of Dorothy....She is the only reason to go or eat there I know it is quality when Dorothy is making my meal. I like that Dairy Queen is always fresh and I don't mind waiting. I just never realized how poor you have to be to own a Dairy Queen! After all right wasn't able to feed my child while at his home. So I recommend next time taking them home food from your business.

I use to be satisfied with the service and understood staffing is difficult to find but when you walk in for a ice-cream cake get it out of the cooler just to have a employee walking around WITH A SMILE on her face and tell you she can't check your product out at the ice cream line you have to go stand in the food line , you just lost a cake sale and a customer
