I ordered online with PayPal with no problem, but they the delivery guy said it was declined somehow. Then they called me later and I gave them my card number directly. They said my card was declined a bunch of times, but my card was successfully charged 5 times.

My husband went inside to order 3 pizzas he told the manager don't know her name but he said I want a traditional Hawaiian pizza with pineapples and ham and she rang him up and gave him a honolulu Hawaiian pizza even though he stated exactly what he wanted. Pineapple and ham. So he brought it back and she slams a menue down and says we'll I rang you up for one and he said I clearly stated I only wanted two ingredients in it. Not peppers and bacon added we don't eat bacon and peppers and she was very rude an unprofessional. When I called to speak to a manager she was very rude and stated she was the manager. If I could I would rate the unprofessionalism as a 0. Won't be coming back to this dominoes again.

I’ve tried this dominoes 3 times now because of work . And all three time 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. Should be correct timing since we are paying extra for delivery. But I’m literally 2 minutes away from store. This is a Monday not a weekend And my food has been in bake for over 45 minutes. And still no delivery time and past two times. Took over two hours to get my food and delivered to wrong hotel room both times

I got the chicken wings $20 for 16 btw and they were NOT chicken wings they were bone in chicken bites I can get 12 WINGS for $12 why are they advertising this disappointing shit as wings is my question all I wanted on my period is some bbq chicken wings instead I get some bone in chicken bites I’m disgusted
Received my first order from there, the pizza were awesome and the driver was nice.

Food is fine, if it gets here hot. Key there is getting here hot and in a timely manner. This is the second time I watched a deilvery driver (on their delivery tracker) sit at the store for about 20 - 30 minutes AFTER I GOT THE NOTIFICATION THEY LEFT THE STORE, before finally leaving. Needless to say our food is lukewarm, borderline cold. Didn't have many issues in the past until this week. But I'm disgruntled enough to not order from here again and I strongly recommend you check out Vocellis, Fox's, or hell even Pizza Hut. Just not dominos, if you want decent service and quality food.
