Talk about price hikes and dropped quality. 10 bucks for half a dozen donuts and the filled ones barely had any filling. Not even a quarter of Boston creme! Highly disappointed. Walmart has better quality donuts.

Food was good, but apparently in Pennsylvania, everything is served completely dry, no sauces. No condiments, just eggs and meat on dry bread. I don't blame the restaurant.That appears to be the local customer.

I made an honest mistake and did not see the extra items I added to my sandwich. I went backed and asked if the sandwich could be remade. I was then treated like a child at the window by the staff, who had to point out in my face that I messed up. I apologized and still got attitude. If I wasn't so upset I would have just asked for my money back.

Not worth it! The person at the window was nice. I just took the drink and said thanks not knowing what to do. I’m sure they are just doing as told. But, asking for light ice doesn’t mean almost half a cup with half ice yet! I always ask for light ice and usually I think to myself… this is light ice? Meaning it still seems like a lot of ice. But, the cup was at least full! The last time I got this drink it was also not completely full. Just thought it was a fluke. But, this time it’s even worse! Wonder if corporate knows this is going on. I’ve never been to a Dunkin or Starbucks that does this! Giving two stars only because of the employees. I bet it’s not their fault. If it was the owner I’d give -5 though. Just because thats probably who’s telling them to do this. If it was not them. I would recommend that they probably would want to fix this.

The breakfast food is good. The donuts aren’t the best and sometimes it’s really slow.
Stopped at 9 am. Lots of staff. But the case was empty…I guess it was just easier to use the cart than display donuts. And I gotta say, I passed on the donuts after watching EVERY employee handle money and debit cards with the same gloves they wore to handle food and fix their hair. Coffee is good though.

I didn't get food but my vanilla Macha was disgusting. I always get one at this place but today it tasted like whole milk. For how much I paid for this it was disappointing. Plus the fact it wasn't blended properly. There was so much stuff at the bottom. If I have to doctor my own drink up at home there is an issue.

The heat was broken so the restaurant was quite cool. The crew working was keeping busy, so it didn't seem to bother them.
