Mornings expierience is usually right on pace, by evening the pace becomes alot slower, if your in line at the drive thru, expected sitting time from order to window 15 mins.
Dietary restrictions: Discontinued the non sugar iced coffee and was told they do not have sugar-free coffee at all. Before they discontinued sugar-free coffee’s from there store i would specifically/carefully explain my order as diabetic/ sugar-free! Only to take a sip and knew undeniably it was filled with sugar the first sip was grainey sugar from off the bottom!

I eat here quite often so it upsets me to post this, but I couldn't let this one go. I ordered two of the spider donuts after seeing the funny Instagram posts on the dunkin page. Not only did the worker smash the icing on the top of them by putting them in a tiny box, but we found hair on 100% of our donuts. The photo with the small hairs shows two hairs right beside each other, making me think it was intentional. This was a huge disappointment, we were excited about the spider donuts.

I only ever post when routine instance occur. The past week we have seen 85 plus degree temperatures with insane humidity and this how you choose to put a pasty with icing in the box upside down? Needless to say the icing was stuck to the bottom of the box rather than the donut. Staff is consistently stand offish, unwelcoming and cold. If these people don’t want to work, and offer a bare minimum hello, then take them out of face to face customer service.

The coffee and donuts are really good, just very poor customer service. Will be getting my coffee at another location. My experience today and the two other times was not good and I will not be returning to this location or recommending it.

I think my relationship with Dunkin may be over after this last order. Most of my orders for the last two years have been rather disappointing no matter what location I go to (I usually rotate between three of them). Today kinda sealed the deal though. I mobile ordered a latte with whole milk and churro syrup. What I got was a cup of iced milk with a hint of flavor. I couldn’t tell there was even coffee in the drink and the picture is after I added my own coffee. I should’ve taken it back inside and asked them to remake it but I was on my lunch break and I felt bad because the kids working were very nice. I decided to cut my losses and just throw it out. Dunkin coffee is basically water with coffee flavor and it seems like they are never consistent with recipes.
I go and get my coffee before work on the weekends, blonde girl on front counter is very friendly, coffee is always

This location should not have a drive thru. People are too stupid to use it. If it's backed up, people sit on the road and block traffic to get in line. Worst setup ever.

The staff is usually pretty nice…But there’s one girl there that’s always super rude to me. She wears glasses and has brown/black hair and always has a “I hate my job” look on her face. Anyways she always is rude and well I turned her into Dunkin Corporate today after being denied a free donut with a purchase of a beverage. I placed it on mobile like I always do and she said I had to make the purchase in store….but the riverhawks card says free donut with any purchase of a beverage not anything about mobile or in store. Anyway she claimed to be the manger but I know it’s christian then she denied giving me her name so I called corporate. Also she made my drink and put no flavoring in it which was def intentional.
Did not make my three coffee’s I ordered right looked like they only put milk in it it tasted like pure milk and sugar I didn’t have time to take it back because I was gonna be late for work $15 down the drain
