The quality of fried chicken is horrible, I often find broken bones and recently a left in organ from failed preperation/cleaning. the overall texture/quality feels unnatural like they were fattened up with chemicals and ooze liquid, as compared to natural high quality chicken.
I found a chicken kidney left inside of my 8pc chicken bucket. I went through customer service getting passed around representatives for 30 minutes to find out they can only refund half my money for there discusting mistakes.
If you HAVE to eat here, get anything other than the bone in fried chicken. Pot pie is ok and the chicken sandwich is decent quality but often comes with a stale bottom bun.
Never eating here ever again.

ordered 2 for one famous bowl on Uber eats. only sent 1 famous bowl. offered refund of $4.50 for missing item. no I have to order delivery again and pay 5+dollars in delivery fees again plus another 5 or 10 In tips. this KFC and Uber both suck.

If I could rate 0 I would every time me or my family have ever tried to get food from here they have left food out or have gotten the order completely wrong. Today I ordered over $70 worth of food for me and my family and I only got about $30 worth of the order. Im extremely disappointed. This place is not worth it. Go somewhere else or make it from scratch at home atleast at that point you will know what your getting.
Pictured in the ad is the chicken I was expecting. Came here for the light crispy flaky chicken tenders. What we got were soggy, dense, overcooked chunks of chicken that were so salty that I wouldn't be surprised if you said they were marinated in hotdog water. Idk what happened to the quality of the food here but this isn't what I remember. Also you don't have potato wedges anymore? That was the best part of KFC. The colonel would be rolling in his grave if he saw this. Quit cheaping out.

Paying 50 dollars for a 16 piece chicken dinner with 4 large sides is an absolute disappointment. First, the girl had to find out if she even had enough chicken to serve me? It's dinner time and you don't have chicken? Second, the sides look like they would feed maybe 3 people. I ordered the large meal for 7 in my family. Eating take out is just complete idiocracy anymore. Not worth the money at all.
