The quality of fried chicken is horrible, I often find broken bones and recently a left in organ from failed preperation/cleaning. the overall texture/quality feels unnatural like they were fattened up with chemicals and ooze liquid, as compared to natural high quality chicken.
I found a chicken kidney left inside of my 8pc chicken bucket. I went through customer service getting passed around representatives for 30 minutes to find out they can only refund half my money for there discusting mistakes.
If you HAVE to eat here, get anything other than the bone in fried chicken. Pot pie is ok and the chicken sandwich is decent quality but often comes with a stale bottom bun.
Never eating here ever again.

ordered 2 for one famous bowl on Uber eats. only sent 1 famous bowl. offered refund of $4.50 for missing item. no I have to order delivery again and pay 5+dollars in delivery fees again plus another 5 or 10 In tips. this KFC and Uber both suck.
