I like ordering here even though it’s slow sometimes but food is usually great however tonight when I was not with my family they ordered pick up and waited I believe an hour and fifteen min. The one pizza they got was made wayyyyy earlier in the evening; and the rest of the food made at a diff time and they were given it all together. None of the kids wanted the pizza. I work at a pizza shop myself and this is Unacceptable. If I wasn’t working I’d call now but I also am not calling cause she said u were busy so okay, but I wanted to document this cause imma call tomorrow to complain. I work very busy nights and one very first things u know to do is put all the food in for an order together. Not different times. It’s also one thing to be warned how long it will take to wait another to say fifteen min and wait over and hour and a half with three kids and only one parent.

Pizza wasnt that tasty. The toppings only cover a lil of the pizza. The sauce has a funny taste to it. I had one piece was all.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza,breadsticks,and cinnamon sticks and when i got my order there was no pepperoni and my pizza was not cut. I called 4 times and no answer. Pizza was late and cold. Im outraged.

My wife and I ordered food tonight from here, and we are both EXTREMELY sick. Instant food poisoning. I should have known when we started eating the sauce tasted off... Almost rancid.
I'm not sure what the kitchen situation is up there, but something is awfully wrong. This isn't the first time I have heard people getting sick from here. I thought I'd gamble tonight and man did we lose. It's gonna be a long night. NEVER again! BEWARE.

Always loved The Hut, but now they apparently expect a tip when you pick-up your own order and they give you an attitude when you tell them no. So, no more Hut for me.

The pizza had very little sauce and very little cheese. It was horrible. What little bit of cheese that was on the pizza was sticking to the dough because of the lack of sauce. The cheese had absolutely no pull. It didn’t string at all when you pull a piece out of the box. What a rip off!!! The breadsticks came at the same time as the pizza. So much for it being an appetizer. This place needs help. I’m not a happy customer. 2 drinks, I stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a small breadstick order with extra sauce $36.94.

The carmelized onions and peppers topping were terrible. They ruined the taste of the entire pizza. they tasted like they had been around for too long. The first time I got them, they were outstanding. I tried them 2 more times. The second two times were very bad.
