The staff is phenomenal! Super kind and accommodating! I drive 35 minutes to get food for a surgeons office an hour away. They always accommodate my large order. When they had a water break, they went out of their way to fill my order. Never had a bad experience!

Pizza is never consistent. Sometimes good. Other times soggy too much sauce or burnt crust. Once it was like random left over slices were thrown together.

The woman in the kitchen kept yelling about how overwhelmed she was, that they were apparently down workers and too busy. She was yelling at the other workers left and right. It took an hour to get our pizza, which was under cooked. My wings were crispy but the garlic butter they swam in was flavorless, no garlic flavor only butter. The pizza was supposed to be thin crust, but it was so very thick around the outside. I asked for ranch several times and didn't get it. I understand they were busy, but the service and food were both not good.

Sirena was always my favorite pizza for years but the last 3 times I have purchased the thick crust it is not cooked..the dough is raw dough...can't even pick the pizza up..soggy and not cooked..please fix this i really want my favorite pizza back .
I have purchased this pizza for people who i have bragged about sirena's pizza and they were very disappointed..please fix this

My family is originally from West kittanning. I have had sirenas plenty of times and it was always the best! My husband is from Maryland and I just recently introduced him to sirenas pizza. He fell in love after the first bite! He has now said that every time we are in town (we live in Erie) that we are to order sirenas and get pizza!

10/10 Ordered garlic cheese sticks and 16 cut pizza for dinner tonight and it was nothing short of amazing!! Will always recommend their food!!! Have Always Had Great Service Here As Well🙂

People leaving bad reviews here are INSANE! Best pizza in town, best bar tender in town (Joe) and prices are so cheap. Get a small pizza, an appetizer, and a couple drinks for $30-$40 at most!

We ordered a thick 24 cut and an 8 cut on Sat. The 8 cut was fine. The 24 cut was disgusting! The only thick part about it was the crust, at the very edge. Even the opposite end of the crust piece, was so thin. I’d guess it was extremely undercooked, it was very doughy! Nothing at all like the 8 cut! I tried to just send an email to them, nothing public, but didn’t even receive a “We’re sorry”.

Worst pizza in town, when the Benvenuttis took over it went straight down hill. The Shears ran it the best. Jocelyn knew how to run the business. What a joke it has turned into.
