Sirena Pizza & Burgh Bar

The woman in the kitchen kept yelling about how overwhelmed she was, that they were apparently down workers and too busy. She was yelling at the other workers left and right. It took an hour to get our pizza, which was under cooked. My wings were crispy but the garlic butter they swam in was flavorless, no garlic flavor only butter. The pizza was supposed to be thin crust, but it was so very thick around the outside. I asked for ranch several times and didn't get it. I understand they were busy, but the service and food were both not good.

10/10 Ordered garlic cheese sticks and 16 cut pizza for dinner tonight and it was nothing short of amazing!! Will always recommend their food!!! Have Always Had Great Service Here As Well🙂

We ordered a thick 24 cut and an 8 cut on Sat. The 8 cut was fine. The 24 cut was disgusting! The only thick part about it was the crust, at the very edge. Even the opposite end of the crust piece, was so thin. I’d guess it was extremely undercooked, it was very doughy! Nothing at all like the 8 cut! I tried to just send an email to them, nothing public, but didn’t even receive a “We’re sorry”.

Worst pizza in town, when the Benvenuttis took over it went straight down hill. The Shears ran it the best. Jocelyn knew how to run the business. What a joke it has turned into.

Went in with a party of 7 waited 20 minutes AFTER everyone else in my party was served their food!! Ended up taking my food in a to go box and paying alot of money to watch everyone else eat!! Absolutely ridiculous I will not be returning completely disappointed.

Every Pizza Shop has a miss from time to time, over or under cook, put the wrong toppings on, or just plain flat out forgot the order, but on 10/22/24 this pizza was so bad, as well as the bread sticks that I for life of can't understand how anyone owning a business could like there product go out the door tasting the way that it did. The cheese it self tasted as if it was spoiled. It went right in the trash at my house and if wasn't that i had to leave for work it would been right back up there on there counter, absolutely terrible.

We used to love and order from here once a week! The past 3 months or so, we've dined in and ordered delivery and the order has been messed up every time, wait times in store are astronomical and usually incorrect with little to no apology. Found out today that the delivery region graciously offered is only 5 miles instead of the 10 it was only weeks ago and that delivery is card only - be cautious though! the older gentleman who takes orders likes to repeat your card info outloud to whomever is sitting at the bar area when taking phone orders, including your cvc!.... such a shame that a great place is going to lose out on so much business.

Husband ordered a steak sub by phone. When he arrived to pick it up, he decided to get a second one. They prepared it right away. Their subs are 9 inches long with a good bun and lots of meat. A little pricey, but excellent.

Ordered for delivery for lunch at work, found out they are only accepting delivery orders by paying over the phone with a card. Got the receipt to find out they are charging extra to use the card. Way to lose customers! If you aren't going to accept cash for delivery, don't charge the convenience fee for credit cards! I will not order for delivery again until you are accepting cash again!!
