I literally just witnessed the worst employee making a sub. And she was clueless. Please Please don't come here. Make this location have to close.
Very upset! My son and I both got violently sick from a meatball sub and his was an Italian Sub. The horror of this experience is I was served by the female manager!!! I watched her put brown ham on the sandwich and asked her “are you sure it’s good?” She replied; Of course!”we Will Never Eat at the Kittanning Water street Subway again. Don’t take chances on feeding your children! No one should ever eat there!
I placed an online order… the young kid working was not nice at all, acted as if he couldn’t be bothered. I didn’t want my sandwich(chicken bacon ranch) toasted so he just put cold meat and cheese on my sandwich.. made in a sloppy manner. Not sure why I continue to give my business to this location or Ford City’s

Place is a joke. Took me :40 to get one 12” sandwich from this place. They are slow . You can literally have a full course meal faster than it takes this place to make food for you! Don’t come here!
Put in an order and it was supposed to be ready at 3:20. We got in line at about 3:18 and the manager and employee refused to make my order before people that JUST came in. They chose to be difficult and now I’m getting corporate involved. Nice move guys
Joni made our sandwiches tonight and even helped with some suggestions. Was super helpful with the veggies and dressings and even recommended the crunch onions which were great!! Definitely turned my expectations for the better. Thanks Joni!!

Lady making our subs was so rude to the lady in front of us we bought her her meal.
Only one person working and despite the fact that there was a line of people waiting, the sandwich artist just kept making online orders. Not his fault, but there should definitely be more than one person working during dinner time.

The older woman employee with brown hair REFUSED to make me my wrap. The turkey, bacon, and avocado wrap. She told me I could not add any veggies to it unless I orders a normal turkey wrap and added the bacon and avocado which she would have to charge me extra. Her concern was that the wrap would rip. Needless to say, I left. I got the wrap twice before at a different subway with no issue.

Worker was very unprofessional and complaining the entire visit and was rude when I returned with a complaint from my order. Do not order the Churro!

I am soo disappointed in my experience at this location. First of all, none of the workers are at fault. There is a flaw in the system for pick up. I ordered a sandwich at 12:52 and left for my break at 12:55. I expected to be able to walk in and pick up from a to go kiosk (hence why I ordered ahead.) Upon arrival, there was a family ahead of me. I thought it would be extremely rude to cut in front of them, so I politely waited my turn. After waiting 15 minutes for the other family to oder, I was finally acknowledged. The workers said they did nothing wrong. I'm sure they didn't, however if is 2024 and remote ordering and picking up of food has become pretty common over the last 4 years since covid. I have never had a problem with Sheetz, KFC, Chipotle, Popeyes, Burger King, Taco Bell, Arby's, etc. After giving me a hard time, they finally voided my order. I was extremely disappointed that no one apologized for my wasted time. Nothing on the app told me I had to cut line to inform of my order. I don't know why subway is so different than other fast food places for ordering ahead, but I don't want to pay almost 7 bucks to have most of my break wasted. I'll take my business up the street to Sheetz for subs where they are faster, more efficient and more polite. I would advise to skip this location or maybe all Subways until they fix this hiccup in their operations.
