Spinach was all wet and disgusting. Lettuce was almost gone and wet. Tomatoes looked like they were all dried out. Could not put any of that on my sandwich. Which was very disappointing.

The short lady who works here needs to be fired. Idc if she's the manager or not. She disappeared for 20 minutes and would not allow me to complete my doordash pickup. She gave me attitude for no reason and was not helpful. This is not the first bad experience with this employee. Unacceptable for any food establishment.

I ordered one subway had to wait for three so the lady to do all together mine was steak she said she couldn’t only do one my toaster bun now hard she was by herself I have heard different people tell her over then she gets it wrong and blames for not telling her correct maybe she needs more help

I asked if the cold cuts were still on sale before I ordered and I was told yes,so I ordered 2 of them. It took about 25 minutes to get our order then got charged full price. Lady working in the kitchen also came out with her thumb in her mouth. Wasn't very happy at all

Do not eat here. Everything from the customer experience to the food was terrible. The worker put some kind of random sauce on my sub that I did not ask for and then gave attitude when I asked what the sauce was. I ended up just keeping the sauce instead of causing a scene. Our other sub was so smooshed and small that it looked like it was on a hotdog bun. The meatballs were burnt and hard. Neither of us finished our food because it was gross. Waste of $20.

I only have 30 minutes for lunch. They ( workers ) are usually in the back room. I understand washing and food prep but they do not check to see if there is a customer. They had a bell to ring but it disappeared. When they finally come to wait on you, they are slow. They have advertised specials on signs in their area of the shop but do not know what their own signs say or how to price them. Even with no customers in the restaurant, it takes over 12-15 minutes from entering the restaurant to finally getting your order. I gave them 4 tries. The first visit, no one came out of the back to wait on me. 2nd visit, I was waited on but the worker argued with me when I asked for the advertised special. The sign showing this meal and price are about 6 ft tall. She didn't believe me so we walked over to the sign to show her. She said she didn't know how to ring it up for that price. 3rd time, same issue with special, same sign, same location. I was over charged. 4th time, they ignored another customer and finally told him to wait while they were talking to a gentleman on the side. I left. Bad service and employees who are not aware of items within their restaurant. The sign is about 8 ft from the register. It is a small shop inside the Walmart and it is never busy. If you must order from there, others advised me to bypass the workers on the ordering process and order from the app.

The subway in west kittanning is the worse place to go to I was in line for 20 minutes when she was done with the person in front of me she looked at me and said that I was going to have to wait until she did online orders and I told her I was already waiting 20 minutes and she said she didn't care I could leave
