1. Large to go orders are rarely made complete.
2. Hate the automated ordering system. I want to order my food with a person.
3. The new cantina items are dry and tasteless
4. Bring back breakfast.

This franchise owner needs to quit opting for the cheap. You have a few employees that have stuck with it over the years and the turnover on other positions is Ludacris. Get a solid staff, deliver a solid product and quit selling large freeze drinks in medium cups ripping off customers. The line is always long at McDonald's and not cause it's better next door........

I don’t expect a gourmet meal when getting fast food but the quality of the food has continued to go down at this location while the price goes up. I spent nearly $10 today to get Ice cold fries, a 1/2 filled bag of nachos, and old slimy lettuce on my taco.

On Tuesday, October 29th, around 11 pm - 12 am, the woman working threatened to call the cops on me for calling 2-3 times in a row .. which was because they wouldn't answer the phone. She then continued to yell at all me, never once asking why I was trying to get ahold of them. Since I'm not from the area, I placed an online order in Kittanning instead of Clarion. I drove from East Brady to Clarion, which is over 30 minutes. The Kittanning location is almost an hour from the location I was at in Clarion. So I was calling to try and fix what was originally my mistake. It took almost an hour to reach anyone on the phone, just to have the cops threatened on me. My order that I already paid for had been sitting for almost an hour while I sat there. I wouldn't have been too concerned if it wasn't a bigger order, and I also felt it was disrespectful to order food from anywhere and just not pick it up, paid for or not. So I wanted to apologize and see if they could either refund my order or just have it sent to the right location. My issue was finally resolved almost 2 hours later, thanks to the online company I ordered through after hearing the worker was threatening to call the cops on me for just simply calling, as if I didn't have anything better to do then just call taco bell for fun. Whoever the older woman working that night was probably shouldn't have a job that requires any work if that's how you're going to treat people/ customers.

Last week I ordered the New Cantina Chicken Bowl ($9.99) The picture looks YUMMY, but what I got was a huge disappointment. I was trying to find the chicken in the mix ..... I don't think there was 5 or so very small shreds of chicken. Less than you get in 3 chicken nuggets.
I do NOT recommend ordering this item.

The GM sucks at her job is very rude! And said they can’t can’t guarantee that lettuce won’t be mixed in the cheese because their food get cross-contaminated all the time.. if that don’t turn you off idk.. my husband can’t eat lettuce because of his diverticulitis it causes him to have flare up so he ordered no lettuce and these’re was in fact lettuce mixed in the cheese about 4 piece in each taco that is enough to send him to the hospital.. and all he wanted was a refund because the manager was being rude to him it.. well we will not be back maybe they need a new GM the way she talked and treated my husband was not ok..

Very friendly Staff and clean restaurant ? Food was Good, but Taco ? Bell ? always leaves you wanting more?? Very spacious parking lot and Easy in and Easy out back onto road or directly into Mall. I highly recommend this ????

This Taco Bell always takes forever. I’m not sure why the drive through will take no less than 10 minutes every time we come. It doesn’t matter what time of the day we come either. (If someone’s going to say they had to cook something then have the car pull forward and the food can be brought out)

person in drive thru named aliza should not be working in customer service she was very nasty and gave an i know it all attitude forgot to give half the items. was very rude slammed the window in my face when i was giving money. she will be the one that causes that store to shut down. she is also not hygienic.
