Front door still locked at 7:40am. Says they're open at 6:30am. Pretty crappy when someone takes their time to stop by, and this place can't even open on time, or not post their correct hours . No hourly schedule on the door either.

While the employees were extremely nice I ordered a value meal with large fries and 2 sides of cheese sauce (the whole reason I went to Wendys) When I get my food I asked for a side of Buffalo for my nuggets. The kid says ok yeah cause we're actually out of cheese sauce so we cam swap them if that's OK or it will be a few min for your cheese sauce. I say I'll wait (again the whole reason I ordered a large fry) and gave the kid $1 for the Buffalo sauce and he has me pull ahead.... After TEN minutes (now with cold food) he comes out the door happily and says "Here's your cheese sauce AND buffalo" I thank him and go home. When I open my bag the cups of cheese sauce weren't even 1/4 of the way full AND it was cold... ?

Cold in building! Tables had crumbs. Hadn't been wiped. Not busy at all. Fries cold. Food adequate, not really tasty.
The place was full of happy employees that were moving fast. It was a busy time of day and I did have to wait a bit but they made it go smoothly. The dining area was very clean and I enjoyed my meal, it all was great!!

Y’all are freaking disgusting. The other night I witnessed one of the employees putting hot burgers into plastic bags then in the fridge. That is the most unsanitary thing I’ve ever seen. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Another note my nuggets were hard as a dang rock too the same night. Very very very disappointed.

Used to go here all the time, but may be reluctant to return. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was very dry. Had trouble chewing it. The gourmet fries were a very small portion for the price that was listed.

Rarely get hot fries. Employees look dirty and so does the kitchen area. The menu has what would be good food. Maybe other locations are better but this one is pretty meh. Sometimes I've had a good meal here. For what fast food costs these days, the quality of the experience needs to be much higher or I will spend money elsewhere.
