Our favorite place to go!! Cindy and Joe are the absolute best! They have been so incredibly welcoming since the day they opened. My cousin is 3 now and it’s the best place you could take little kids, they don’t get upset if a toddler is acting like, well, a toddler. Yes, we have an occasional hiccup here and there with our food/the wait staff but we try to remember they’re mostly teenagers working their first job, they’re trying their best. Tonight was a hiccup night with it being a Friday night and closing weekend, but even amongst the hustle and bustle they continue to be amazing. When we were trying to get our coats on to leave, my cousin was crying because he had just woken up from a nap and was hungry and confused. Cindy heard him crying, stopped what she was doing and took the time to come see why he was upset, took him to the kitchen to visit with everyone and even helped make his own little ice cream cone! With as busy as they were tonight, most places would have ignored him and kept working but SD isn’t just any place and because of that, they will continue to be our go to place for years to come.

I tried the pomegranate vanilla in a cup. It was AMAZING!! Very refreshing!! Will be back!!!

went for ice cream tonight. family ahead of us ordered 4 baby cones. we ordered small twist , vanilla shake and medium vanilla cone. Family ahead of us was given small cone and 3 baby cones. we ended up getting medium vanilla cone, milkshake and the gave us the baby twist. when i tried to correct her she informed me a baby cone and a small are the same thing, which they aren't or the same price. so they just lost a family of customers who went there 3 times a week.i understand mistakes happen but dont hand us th melted cone that wasnt ours.
