This Arby’s knowingly gave me one fresh fry and one cold, old fry. 30 dollars and you can’t tell me you didn’t know the difference. And when I called all they could do was say “ you can come back” no I’m already past your location and onto my next stop.
They gave me the cold burgers and fries and it took them a while to give me the food.

I went to this arbys around 940, about 20 min before they closed. Logan took my order with some of the best customer service I've ever received at a fast food place, especially getting close to closing time. After hearing it was just him and another employee, Brandon, on shift since 4pm going through dinner rush just the two of them. I've been in those shoes before and understand what it's like to keep a smile on your face in those trying times. So Logan, I thank you for being awesome and super polite and making fresh fries for me and my kid. ?

Stopped at Arby's in Kutztown today 7/13 walked in my wife saw the ladies room was out of service, no ice at the soda machine, and we waited at the counter no one came to wait on us. WE LEFT will not be back
