This is an amazing cafe with the most delectable soups by Taylor. She is so passionate and enthusiastic about her cooking - and wow. Love those soups and wraps.

I got the southwest burrito and a strawberry banana smoothie. The burrito was okay, way too much bland white rice inside. The smoothie is a little bitter but pretty tasteless, I couldn’t drink it.

Took a nostalgic trip to Kutztown and revisited Betty’s after a long time away. Food was awesome, owners were so nice, atmosphere was great. Whenever I’m in town this is a must visit place.

Very cool little shop! Stylish interior, great service. Greatly appreciate all the vegetarian/vegan options. Fast, friendly and full of flavor — I highly recommend Betty’s if you’re near Kutztown.
Vegetarian options: Only veg protein is tofu, but they make it nice and crispy! Also some dairy-free smoothie options.
Awesome food! Every Friday I usually take my oldest for dinner or we order takeout. Every single week he asks for Betty’s … the only downside (which is not a downside because you deserve family time as well) is the closing time!! Sometimes I don’t get home until 5:45-6p and we miss Betty Fridays!

The new owner of this tiny corner spot does what all restaurants should do: keep vegan dressings and cheese and some tofu on hand to customize many dishes. I was delighted by the large Caesar salad (which came in a big bowl which I love) where the croutons were swapped for grilled tofu. As before, there is a large selection of hot sauces. It seems like you can get many dishes made into a burrito or bowl. Thai, Red Curry, and Southwestern burritos are also great, and you can get brown rice or a ww wrap as well. My Caesar was only $11. There is a veg power bowl where you could certainly swap the cheese for the vegan cheese. Mostly open in daytime with a brisk takeout business. Owner very accommodating to vegans.
