This Burger King never disappoints me. I live in Allentown and whenever I visit Reading, driving back into Allentown it’s a must-stop for me. The French fries are always fresh and I always get the double Whopper meal. I love how perfect my Whopper always looks. The smoky flavor is so tasty and they’re never cheap with the lettuce, tomato, or onions. They load it up nicely and it looks so good. God knows I shouldn’t be eating this, but I can’t resist. This is the only Burger King I go to. None of the others compare. 10/10 By the way, I always do drive through so I eat in my car while driving. 🍔🤤

Waited 30 painstaking minutes for my food. While I was waiting I watched groups who arrived 5-15 minutes after me receive their food before me. Once I finally received my food my order was missing 2 out of the 7 items.

Standard Burger King, food is reliable, staff turns over frequently with the university students coming and going, but usually good customer service.
Every time I get something from this location that I paid extra for I never receive it and when I go to dispute in the app they never offer me my money back. You have a monitor I front of you. How are you messing up? I work in a restaurant with ticket machines still. Do better.
