I've only been here twice but have enjoyed it both times. Casual place but great pizza as well as other dishes. The service was great, will definitely go back

Had voka sauce over pasta and crab over bow ties with a blush sauce. Both were great. I highly recamend this place. It never disapoints my husband or me.

I’ll start by saying my review is based off the customer service - not the food. The food tastes amazing.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences and will not be back.

The first was when I placed an order for pickup that was ready 1 hour before they closed. I showed up to pick it up - it was pouring out. I went to open the doors and they were ALL locked. Even the side entrance. The doors are glass. I kept knocking, and people were looking at me and NOBODY was letting me in. Keep in mind I’m maintaining eye contact with these employees. It’s not like they didn’t notice me.

After about 5 minutes someone opened the door for me, the owner opened the door for me, and then asked his employees why the doors were locked. They clearly had a lack of respect for him and they all shrugged him off. He wasn’t very assertive. Then I stood at the counter waiting to pick up my food for another 5 minutes. Nobody said anything to me, at all, until a bigger guy with some stubble and a shaved head came up to me and said “Sorry we’re closed” and then started walking off as I told him I was picking up an order. He was super grumpy and didn’t say much as I checked out. Whatever, at that point I just wanted my food and to leave!

The second instance was about 5 months after, my first time back since then. I placed a pickup order, went inside, and the same rude guy from last time was standing at the counter. Without saying a word, he looked at me, and raised his eyebrows. I told him I was picking up my order. He grabbed my pizza, threw it on the counter, and that was it. Didn’t say hello, goodbye, or really even acknowledge me at all. I paid over the phone so thankfully I didn’t have to deal with him to check out.

Again, the pizza is great, the service is NOT. I won’t be back. Good luck to the new owner and I hope he gets a grip on his staff.

An indoor dining area on one side, bar service and outdoor seating on the other. A true testament to authentic Italian food. The pizza here is made to perfection and the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Prices are decent and the menu is extensive. Even picky eaters are certain to find something here they'll enjoy. Im glad I stubled upon thos place and will certainly seek it out in the future.

The food was great, bartender, however.. she kept visiting with friends instead of bar tending. My beer ran dry twice, I had to flag her down to order the second one. I may have had a third but ran out of patience. It's probably a 5.0 if you're a local and are friends with the bar tender..

This was my third time there the 2 times before were okay. Great pizza. This time was the worst experience I ever had. We placed our order after waiting 20 minutes .the server had 3 tables so it's not like it was busy. I went up front because I wanted a hoagie to go and I was told to tell the waitress. Im like no i want it to go. Still got attitude and I do know he was one of the owners . So that was it for me. We left. And as we were leaving he yells peace out. If this is how an owner acts then shame on you. I guess your customer is just a nuisance. You shouldn't even be in business. I will never go back and I will bad mouth them every chance I get . I've seen good and bad reviews and I was willing to give them another shot based on past experiences but this was it for me. There are plenty of other places to go

New owner is atrocious and will often not give food ordered with nothing to show for it.

My family ordered dinner (delivery) from Camillo’s through the slice app. The delivery driver dropped off the food quicker than what was estimated; however, when we looked through the bag we realized we were missing half of our order (two slices of pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks). We immediately called Camillo’s and they said “oh the driver forgot those, we’ll bring them right away”. We were okay with that, because we know everybody makes mistakes. However, another 15 minutes had passed and we had not gotten the rest of our food. We then went through the slice app and let them know that we were missing half of our order. After some back and forth, Slice said they would call the restaurant to see what happened and Camillo’s said they were delivering our food right away. At this point, it’s been 45 minutes since our other food was delivered. After another 20 minutes, our food still had not been delivered. We then got a message from Slice saying that the owner would refund us for the two pizza slices, but would not refund us for the mozzarella sticks (which was the most expensive thing we ordered) because he knew that the driver delivered it. We took pictures of the cook’s order checks that were taped to the bag because mozzarella sticks weren’t listed on it even though we did pay for them. Slice replied back that the owner knows he sent them to us and would not be giving us a refund. We will not be ordering from them again. We didn’t appreciate getting money taken from us with nothing to show for it. After looking at other reviews, people seem to have similar issues with the owner.

Ordered a cheese pizza for carry out, which was quite good. Bar was a little loud on a Friday night, but perhaps that's to be expected. Was Kutztown's graduation weekend, so perhaps they were busier than usual. Overall, a very good experience!

They absolutely cater to gluten free,... In fact, they have a celiac friendly pizza! However everything was absolutely fresh house made sauce so for my very sensitive allergic reaction child the red sauce was too fresh since it was fresh steamed tomatoes from Italy she reacted to the latex of it.... On her, not on the restaurant, not their fault it was so fresh.

I got shrimp scampi and it was all watery. It was horrible and I told the waitress and she said oh I’m sorry.
