Camillos Italian Restaurant, Pizzeria & Bar

We always order takeout from here. It's one of the best places around. The food is always good. The service can be better sometimes. I love their chicken bacon ranch stromboli and their pizza.

Food is always good. This time was the same except forgetting our garlic knots. We called because we wanted to get it sorted out, and they didn’t answer until the third time we called. Claimed we didn’t order them (he had also repeated our order back to us on the original phone call). We did the math and realized they weren’t put onto our order like we asked so we weren’t charged, was all good. Hung up on us as we asked for the receipt and when I called back to ask for it again, he started with saying he had no idea who I was. I told him he had just hung up on us and that quickly he figured it out. He instantly was arguing that he didn’t hang up on us, he “actually tried upselling” garlic knots to us when all he mentioned was drinks. If you make a mistake that’s fine, own up to it. But blatantly lying because you don’t want to admit it? Unprofessional service.
Edit: we called at 8:45 and google says you close at 9. Last time I checked that’s before closing. And once again, lying because you don’t want to admit that our order wasn’t put in correctly is incredibly unprofessional. All that was attempted to be upsold to us were drinks which we declined. We also never said that the delivery fee was a problem even though there were 2 ways here that the distance was under the mile maximum. I wouldn’t normally make a big deal from this but trying to lie to our faces about what we ordered is beyond me coming from a business with a seemingly good reputation. Incredibly disappointing that you won’t even consider that maybe your employee isn’t telling the entire truth about what happened.

WOW, is where I’d like to start. IF YOU CAN take your business somewhere else please do so. This is coming from a regular, loyal, consistent customer who’s been nothing but appreciative, patient and understanding.

For Ernesto to be the store owner with the approach he just had not only in person but over the phone on 04/23/2026 in his own restaurant is beyond me. The rudeness, the lack of understanding, the lack of compassion and before all of those things the lack of professionalism.

I live in a complex for those with disabilities, battling depression and many other things, forcing myself to do my laundry near by today, UNAWARE that if you are not home they cannot leave the food. I will NEVER order from your restaurant again and when asked about your restaurant believe you me I hope to never act as you did over the phone alongside your employee answering phones who did nothing but give me the run around while waiting more than 15 minutes on hold when I called asking to speak to a manger/owner. You’ve lost a good one as they’d say. Stay blessed.

Don’t waste your time or money. Frozen chicken patties for chicken parm. Straight tomatoes from a can. Nothing authentic about their authentic Italian food.

Awful attitude of one employee/manager (not sure who he is) unfortunately ruins the entire restaurant. This dude is allowed to do and say whatever he wants to customers including cursing and hanging up on them. Given this many chances over the past year and nothing has changed. After seeing how owner responds to these lower reviews in a defensive manner instead of taking accountability and moving on seals the deal for me. Good food - poor business standards and practices.

I have never gotten anything that wasn’t very good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I usually get take out, however, the handful of times we did eat in the atmosphere was great.

The best pizza I've had in awhile. Camp at a near by campground. Stopped in to try the place. Absolutely amazing.Fresh cut fries and the sampler a plus. Huge cheesesteak. Didn't take long to get our order. Server was awesome and polite. Definitely drive the 1 1/2 over off season to eat here again.

We ordered catering from Camillos for our wedding rehearsal dinner, and it was perfect! Everyone couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the food was. We had a chef salad with chicken, penne with their incredible vodka sauce, and a few pizzas, everything was delicious! We’re obsessed with their vodka sauce - if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re definitely missing out! James made coordinating everything so easy. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. It was so special to celebrate our wedding weekend with food from one of our favorite local spots. Highly recommend Camillos for any event! A huge thank you to the team at Camillos!

It’s a joint which is fine as long as food is good. Well, the Conshohocken IPA was served to me flat. When I tile the young woman it was flat and undrinkable she looked at me like I was speaking another language. I realized that she did tell me, she didn’t drink IPA’s. Ok. We ordered a cesare salad that was a plate of romaine with dressing poured over the top and put on a plate that was too small so inefficient to toss it. The glassware was filthy with citrus dried on them-so gross. Won’t go back.

We love Camillo’s! They are the only place, in the are, that delivers to us! Lucky for us, they are also the only one’s worth ordering from, as well! Every time either myself or my husband call in, we are greeted with familiar, friendly voices, and know our meals and any customizations will be perfect, as well! Their delivery drivers are fantastic as well!! Keep it up!!!
