Service nice although a long wait. Food was good until biting into a rotten blueberry in my salad. Kids meals would be a nice addition. Happy to have this local option , even if it is a satellite campus location.

This is a review of Google more than anything but sorry Chick-fil-A. We went here thinking it was a normal restaurant but arrived to find out it was in the campus cafeteria??? Why would Google navigate us to a private restaurant??????

Best place to eat on campus by far, only problem is everyone else knows that too. It’s not uncommon to wait 45 minutes for some chicken nuggets and fries, so I recommend going during a time when most people are at class.

The workers here handle the large influx of students during lunch and how busy they are with kindness and grace, I love going here despite the wait. The workers are awesome! The food is great! Kutztown is lucky to have them :)

Chick-fil-A runs like a well-oiled machine. The food is always delicious, and you can depend on it to be so. We all know the customer service is incredible. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because it's a little pricey. And because I still prefer Popeyes.
