the employees here work so incredibly hard and are so kind. they always have smiles on their faces and it makes the experience so much better!!! these ladies deserve a raise!

Perfect location for you if you enjoy slow service, rude staff, and getting incomplete/inaccurate orders after waiting a significant length of time. The curbside is especially terrible, as you are very likely to get a huge attitude. Going to the window for curbside us apparently a huge inconvenience to the employees. I've had a handful of positive experiences, but overwhelmingly negative. I keep going back in hopes that there is a staff change or some sort of customer service training, as it is the only location in a drivable distance. Fingers crossed that they get their act together, but not holding my breath.

Love this Dunking. This is the best dunkin of all the dunkins to ever dunk! Coffee is always hotter and ready-er than little Caesars ever was. Any other dunkin is a waste of money compared to this one, (except leesport, they are pretty good too). Staff is nice, and most of them are pretty too. Sandwiches are pretty cool too

First time stopping here and I will never be back. I placed a curbside order on the app and when I pulled up to the window, all 4 employees stood at the counter just staring at us sitting at the window. We had to put our window down to even get one of them to come over. She asked if we needed something, um yeah, our order? With absolutely nobody else in the store, she said “did you order curbside?” I said yeah, it’s under Savannah. She looked at me like I had six heads, then grabbed my bag, showed it to the other employees and brought it over. I said thank you, and she just shut the window and walked away. Then proceeded to stand with the other 3 ladies, laughing and staring at us as we drove off. Extremely unprofessional and they should get an actual manager to maybe train these employees on how to do their job.

I honestly feel like leaving a review every single time I come here and they just happen to only put a single slice of bacon on my sandwich I order this often and had to start buying a whole side order because they cant put a normal amount of bacon on a sandwich that you have to pay $5 for!! GOD FORBID I forget the side order of bacon or just don’t feel like wasting another $4 for it it’s honestly ridiculous… how hard is it!?!?!?!? WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Only place you can ask for a hot coffee and still get gave an ice coffee. Every time I go to this dunkin I regret it.
I order my daily ice coffee everyday from this location and today the made my drink wrong no one pay attention to what was order my drink was absolutely horrible. Then when ask to remake the drink they made it the same way. No Carmel flavor no sugar hardly any cream when i said something the response was thats not what it says on the label i order the same exact drink everyday your gonna tell me what i order. To top it off there was 3 other customers complaining about there order being wrong one customer arguing with the person who chose to be disrespectful to her 13 year old. This is just sad do better.

Stopped here because I drink Dunkin three or more times a day the first one gave me my coffee cold then the other girl that just came out of the bathroom made me a new coffee and asked her if it had what I wanted in it she said yea left and took a sip and it was the oldest most warm nasty coffee I ever got from Dunkin I got to Dunkin in different states and this is the first to get two bad coffees from the same Dunkin didn't even bother to go back didn't want to have a third wrong coffee maybe next time

Went in & hard to see prices on menu. Order taker very polite & friendly. However, I had no idea how I was to get my food.
After a while,asked if bag on counter was for me. By then food was still warm enough, but sandwich was slapshod, and not good. Atmosphere clean ,& air conditioned.
