Ozgoods Neighborhood Grill & Bar

My family and I had lunch at Ozgood's today —our second time there and just as yummy as the first! The service was fantastic—our server was super friendly and attentive. I had the Asian grilled shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. We also had burgers, and they were cooked to perfection—juicy and full of flavor. The lemonade was so refreshing and tasty, too. My three children loved it, which says a lot! The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and everyone left full and happy. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for great food and a welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Previously ate at the Kutztown location twice before in 2024 and didn't have a bad experience either time. However, stopped in for dinner tonight before 5 p.m. this evening and was informed that "all" of their remaining tables were reserved out the rest of the evening (which I could clearly see 5 empty tables and or booths in the main dining room)and that the wait time was over an hour....completely unacceptable considering eating establishments receive more business from walk-ins rather than "reserved" tables. As an eating establishment you do everything in your power to serve all customers, not turn away potential business because you are "catering" to individuals at specific times that aren't there when your walk-ins are. Could have easily remedied the problem by allowing walk-ins to sit and eat at tables with much later reserved times. My family and I will not be coming back anytime soon and will be eating at the Robesonia location first before considering coming back.

Terrible bar service in which the bartender took the change as his $18 tip! Portions were small and the service was awful. If you want a restaurant is take your money then go here!

Finally tried this today, very tasty. Will go back, service was fast and portions were above average!

It was our first time at Ozgoods and we were impressed with the good food tasting, service, and affordable prices.
For sure we'll be back for tasting more of the menu.

Made a reservation for 6:45, got seated, and sat there waiting for 30 minutes until my boyfriend and I decided to leave. No one even got us drinks. Couldn’t tell ya how the food is cause never got a chance to order. Is it cause we’re gen z???

Tried stopping here before, but wait/line was out the door (good sign). Made reservations this time and so glad we did! Had smoked wings with bacon jam for appetizer (AMAZING!!). Main course came and no one left hungry for sure. Food was hot and full of flavor! Staff was very friendly and very festive (Halloween costumes and all!). Would highly recommend this place, during warmer months they have an open deck/patio type seating area that would be a good choice! Can't wait to stop in again and try some other things!!

Good homestyle cooking and bar food with friendly service. My friend and I started with the beer cheese dip and it was very good but the consistency wasn’t a drippy/melty cheese but instead closer to a custard or pimento cheese (not sure how else to describe it). However it was still pretty tasty and I’d order it again. For dinner I ordered the Ozgood’s No Bones Sandwich (Pulled Pork) and the server told me they smoke the meat in house. It was very good but not something I’ll rave on about. The sweet potato waffles fries were crispy and exactly what I expected them to be (would recommend ordering them with a side of chipotle aïoli). Overall a good dinner experience and I’d go back.

We had terrible service tonight. We’ve eaten here many times and service and food have always been good, but tonight our server was rude and totally ignored us. It started out with her telling us she had to serve us a drink only one at at time, we ordered 2 and there were 2 of us ( older adults ) then after our meal was completed we sat for 15 minutes, finally had to ask another server for box and checks. We usually are very generous tippers, but tonight really turned us off. I’m not sure we’ll ever return to your business .

we had 4 great meals, everyone was happy. My meatloaf dinner was very good. But I was sorry I didn't order the shrimp tacos.
