I recently hosted a 90th birthday party at Kutztown Rita’s, and it was wonderful! The private room was the perfect size for our gathering. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience even better. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and I would absolutely rent the party room again for future events. Thank you!
Good spot for college students since it’s the closest restaurant to campus. They do fundraisers here which is nice. Lots of seating and friendly staff. They have their own parking lot too which is nice.
Staff was friendly and our order came up quick. Good time all around.

The two girls behind the counter were extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions about the menu. The apple pie filling for the sundaes was amazing as well.

The Kutztown Rita's is really nice. You can eat inside, unlike most locations. I hadn't been to Rita's for awhile and was amazed at all the options now available. I had peach ice with cheesecake custard. It was fabulous!

I ordered a small custard, but they gave me a kid’s size for the same price. The woman who took my order had a bit of a snarky tone, too.

Always love some Italian ice, but the wait is insane every time I go there is only 1 or 2 people working and the line wraps around to the parking lot and they take too long to service. Sometime I will be waiting in line for more than 45 min.
