We had placed a mobile order and since there isnât a option to get a cup of iced water. we went in line to see if we could get one. the barista itâs one of the older ladies there she responded really rude and unkind. She said that we have to order something and we told we placed mobile orders and just said well next time place it with your mobile order. We checked and I donât think thereâs a way to do that. But she said it in a really disrespectful tone. If we arenât able to get the cup of water or we have to pay for itâs totally fine we wouldâve understood but itâs just the fact she was rude to us this shouldnât be happening.

Extremely inconsistent. You can order the same thing two day in a row and get two completely different things. Ventis aren't filled all the way, enough ice to cool the planet back down, it's a total gamble when you get coffee here

I don't know her name, so I will update this if I find out later! **Update I believe her name is Kate!!**I normally don't visit Starbucks, but today I was craving coffee and caramel. Naturally, I ask for a salted caramel uhhhh I forget the rest of the name something with cream? Starbucks lovers will know :P I've only ordered this once before. Unfortunately they were missing the vanilla sweetener I think? The barista was so very kind and offered to replicate it to the best of her ability, and even offered to make something else free of charge if I didn't like it.Honestly? I loved it so much more than the original! It brought out the caramel flavour, and the actual coffee wasn't the almost too sugary super sweet that normally drives me away from Starbucks. I took a picture of the notes she wrote on the cup and put it in a photo album named "important" - I will definitely be ordering again the next time I'm here!!Like I said earlier I don't remember the baristas name but I believe some of her hair was dyed green if I remember correctly! She also called me love! That may be one of her identifyable traits? Whoever it was if you see this, thank you again!!! It's been two hours since I've had the coffee and I am still thinking about it
