They do not accept gift cards from steak 'n shake at this location. They give you the corporate number to complain and no one answers the phone at corporate to resolve the situation. Very bad business decision and very misleading. Nothing mentioned on their website that they do not accept gift cards either. The number listed on their Google listing says the number has been disconnected and if you have any questions you could go to the corporate website which takes you nowhere. It has to make you wonder if they really are a steak and shake franchise or just using the name illegally. We were giving gift cards to use from friends because we had a steak 'n shake location near us and they no longer had one. They also don't list a phone number to call them locally on their Google post. Very shady business practices.

The Oreo shake was good. Good fries too. Steak burger had the best pickles on it. Their music selection was a bit odd, but non offensive. They were prompt with making the food.

Parking: Decent parking itself. Traffic circle outside is microscopic, not for large trucks.

Awesome to see a Steak ‘n Shake out of here. The last one I had been to was in Louisville so I was surprised to see a location in Northeast PA. We live 45 minutes away and they didn’t disappoint. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The Bacon Burgers were very flavorful (but a tad greasy). Fries nice and salty with a great crisp to them. We also got some mozzarella sticks and the kids gave them a thumbs up.
We would definitely stop back here when in the area running errands.

They had great food that was cooked in the kitchen right behind the tables and booths. It had free refills and the prices were not bad. Less expensive than McDonald's. Highly recommend

Had been curious to try them. Always went by on the drive home to Binghamton. I finally stopped in. The chocolate shake was very good and the hamburg was good as well. I was disappointed in the toothpick like shoestring fries. Because they were so thin they didn't have any flavor. You had to grab a few at a time if you wanted to have something to chew. Also tried a cup of their version of chili. It was the worst chili I've ever had. Threw the bottom half of the cup away and did the same with half the fries. When fries are cut so ridiculously thin, they can't hold any heat and were room temp when I first got them. They only went downhill from there. Once was enough.

We stopped in to grab a shake on hot day it was actually really pleasant experience it was clean, the staff was super nice and friendly and did not mind that we added fries to our order at the window. Most importantly the food and shakes came out quick and tasted amazing! We will be returning
