I tried their brisket for the first time tonight at the wyoming County fair. We've been to the restaurant before in laceyville but I have never personally eaten anything from there as I'm not really a big meat eater (bacon is really the only meat I eat). Well my husband got the brisket platter at the fair (2 times: once when we got there and once on the way out to take home). On the way home I could smell it and it smelled really good and said what the heck and tried...

Enjoyed the brisket and pulled pork meals. Each meal comes with 2 sides. Both the brisket and pulled pork was moist and flavorful. The brisket meal costs $18 and the pulled pork $17. Both meals had nice portions of meat. The outside dinning area was clean but needs to be spruced up. The garden areas are overgrown and unkept. I would just recommend eating inside.

Just happen to discover this BBQ Restaurant while out for the day on my motorcycle. So glad that I did! Had an amazing 1/2 rack of ribs, cucumber salad and cole slaw. Everything was delicious. I travel quite a bit and frequent BBQ restaurants when doing so. The Meat Hook BBQ is now in my personal top five favorites. The service, food and restaurant atmosphere were all 👍🏻👍🏻!
No disappointments whatsoever.
