The beach is nice. Unfortunately, most of the residents of the community launch their boats and jet skis and terrorize the lake. The people from fawn lake do the same thing. It's not a big body of water. I'm certain that erosion is a problem on the lake. Waves beat your docks and boats. The different associations that have clam to the lake should limit the horsepower and size of vessels and possibly eliminate jet skis. If you're fishing here, go before sunrise or after sunset. Great fishing on this lake. 8 and 9 pound bass. Catch 100 crappie easily. The boat traffic is terrible. The private property owns unfortunately have to deal with it.
