My husband and I were able to enjoy and quiet dinner out. The place was practically empty however our crab dip appetizer came out Luke warm, we had to get up and go to the bar to ask for ketchup to for my fries and we had to wave down a server to process our payment. The food was good however the server could've been more attentive.

Restaurant was not crowded (6pm on a Wednesday on a very hot/humid night in July). Definitely recommend sitting inside if humidity is high. Greeted & seated promptly by a friendly hostess. Cobb Salads were good! I should've asked for dressing on the side, I could hardly taste it. Server was upbeat & positive, but never came back to refill our waters. I think the server had a few tables both inside and outside, so understand somewhat busy.

Always a great meal, had the patio curtains down to help with the heat and it worked perfectly. Server was excellent, will definitely be back.

Dinner was very good. The service was prompt and very friendly. We intend to go back soon!

Great food, good service, pretty loud. Fun night with friends. Ordered a bunch of different appetizers and they were all delicious!

The venue was exceptionally noisy and spoiled our dinner. Would not go back for this reason.

Food was good. Service was slow and had a lot of mistakes, mistakes were made with a smile and apologies. Staff was friendly and young, so we laughed it off but definitely needs improvement

Great atmosphere and the food and service were very good as well. We saw a live band which was super fun!

My husband and I had a very nice lunch today. My husband is currently using a walker and the entire staff was very accommodating to his needs!

This was a wonderful surprise find on a busy Saturday night! The menu is full of interesting items (we shared the spinach artichoke drip - so yummy!)the restaurant was decorated and festive for the holidays and our server was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

I was so disappointed in our experience, as it's part of our family tradition to go to Brittingham's after we do the Christmas train display at Morris Arboretum, and this is the second year in a row that we struggled to get our food. Our appetizer took almost 40 minutes, and food took another 35 - 40 minutes after that. When the food finally came out, it was sadly underwhelming. We love the ambiance and the tradition, but it just didn't work well for our family this year. :(

Wheelchair accessibility: Just a few steps. Didn't see a ramp. Ok for senior citizens to enter.

Ahi tuna was very good. Beer selection also quite goid. The service was friendly. Wish there were more patrons to make it Lively.

Food is always good here but the bartending is less than expected for the price. They did not shake the cocktail and after dropping garnish on the bar mat they put it back in the cocktail. When we were in the middle of ordering the bartender cut us off to talk to another staff member then we had to repeat our order cause they forgot what we ordered.

Been here with a friend and finally got to bring my wife here too. Really good food and service. Need to visit more often.
