Food was good. Service was slow and had a lot of mistakes, mistakes were made with a smile and apologies. Staff was friendly and young, so we laughed it off but definitely needs improvement

This was a wonderful surprise find on a busy Saturday night! The menu is full of interesting items (we shared the spinach artichoke drip - so yummy!)the restaurant was decorated and festive for the holidays and our server was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

I was so disappointed in our experience, as it's part of our family tradition to go to Brittingham's after we do the Christmas train display at Morris Arboretum, and this is the second year in a row that we struggled to get our food. Our appetizer took almost 40 minutes, and food took another 35 - 40 minutes after that. When the food finally came out, it was sadly underwhelming. We love the ambiance and the tradition, but it just didn't work well for our family this year. :(

Very spacious. Friendly staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: Just a few steps. Didn't see a ramp. Ok for senior citizens to enter.

Food is always good here but the bartending is less than expected for the price. They did not shake the cocktail and after dropping garnish on the bar mat they put it back in the cocktail. When we were in the middle of ordering the bartender cut us off to talk to another staff member then we had to repeat our order cause they forgot what we ordered.

The outdoor section is very nice. Plenty of TVs to catch sports but definitely not a giant "sports bar" vibe. Food is great and staff are very professional. Highly recommend stopping in.

Started with the shrimp and rice rolls which were delicious. Had the crab cake as an entree which was just okay. My dining companion ordered the Mediterranean bowl but was brought the salmon. The server quickly fixed the issue. She also ordered a side of fries which did not come. Brought it to the servers attention and he said he'd get them but never did. Was charged for them on the bill anyway. Overall just and average experience. Will likely not return.

I was very disappointed when a customer brought their dog into the restaurant. What was more disturbing was that a couple of the employees walked by the dog and stopped to pet the dog and immediately went back to work serving food and drinks.

The food was mediocre. Tuna wonton nachos were tasteless. 5 or 6 pieces of tuna each on a single wonton, with barely a smear of wasabi on the plate under the single file wontons. Very odd, utterly tasteless and nearly $20 invested on a weirdly presented "tuna wasabi wonton nachos." Hmmm. I ordered the stone fruit salad "special" with burrata and supposedly pistachios. There were no pistachios. But it wouldn't have helped much. The fruit was hard, under ripe and tasteless. It took too long to get our meal to even consider asking for the pistachios. My husband had the fish and chips. Meh. Surprisingly small portion for this type of entree. But it didn't really matter. It was also pretty bland and not very exciting. So no real reason to wish there was more.

Extremely grateful that their kitchen was still open at 9 o'clock! They are not open in the beginning of the week but we went there on a Thursday night and it was extremely loud! But very delicious is there apple and pear salad, and only $11 to add a crabcake so we added two! The Aji tuna bowl has uncooked tuna and uncooked mushroom but it also has really delicious mushroom that is cooked and edamame! If you are allergic to cut peppers, they have a surprise section in that salad... My friend asked for the french fries with extra old Bay and they were extra! Thank you to our server, Tony, who managed to be able to speak louder than The restaurant! But for sure those crabcakes are worth going there for! They do have a section outside by a fire and I think I suggest that, over the TVs inside... definitely that salad and definitely the crabcakes! Very delicious!
