We were here on Easter for lunch with family. This was our first visit to Brittingham's. Our hostess and waitress were pleasant, professional and very attentive. Our adult beverages were great as well as our food which was delicious! Looking forward to returning in the near future!

My family had dinner reservations for 6 at 8pm tonight. My daughter was traveling almost an hour to join us. At 4:15 Brittingham’s called me to confirm the reservation. I said we would definitely be there, and we were looking forward to it. I was then informed there was a $20 cover charge per person because there would be music! I said but we’re eating dinner. She said it didn’t matter, everyone is paying a cover if they are here when the music starts. I then asked what time the music was starting and I was told 8:30. She then said if we are done eating and leave by 8:30 (before the music starts) she would refund our cover charge. I reminded her that our reservation was at 8 and there is no way we could be served and eat in a 1/2 hour. She said then you will have to pay a cover. I then asked that if we leave right after we are finished eating, and she said we still will have to pay the cover. That’s $120 before even eating!!! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous!! Our family get together was cancelled, and we will never return!

We ordered takeout for my daughter's birthday. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Instead they sent the fried chicken dinner. I didn't like the drizzle all over the chicken. I gave the second piece to one of the guests. He didn't like it either. Sooo... the chicken ended up in the trash. The rest of the guests did receive the correct orders.

Great atmosphere, decent service, watered down drinks, and overpriced, sub-par food.Got the Barren Hill burger. I can't say for sure that the burger was frozen, but the perfectly symmetrical, circular, small patty looked like something I bought from my grocery store freezer.Also, I should have listened to my friend who, before I went here, said "their drinks are watered down, just get a beer".I'd come here again if someone else was paying, but that's probably the only way you'd get me back there. And I'd probably stop to eat on my way there.

We visited this particular restaurant on Feb 14, 2024 for an early dinner. Nice atmosphere and suitable for the very young to the very old. The hostess and waitress were very attentive and accommodating. The food and cocktails were excellent. I definitely will be returning on another special occasion

We were disappointed on our last visit that they no longer have the lamb stew on their menu. It seems their new menu is trying to do a bit of everything & doesn’t offer enough Irish food in our opinion.
The hostess was very rude when we asked to move because it was cold where we sat. She was older and looked so annoyed. Our server was excellent and the burgers were ok. The French fries were excellent.

Hadn't been to Brittingham's in a long time. Friends suggested it since it was in the middle of our locations. Food was so good!! Our server was not very attentive at all. Luckily we were catching up with friends and didn't mind the extra time but in normal circumstances it wouldn't have been great. Will definitely be back for the great food and nice beer list.
