Went to this Cinnabon very excited. The lady working was very friendly, but had no idea how to make my Frozen Cold Brew coffee. She handed me an iced cold brew. When I asked her to make it frozen she told me she would add milk. She then added milk to the drink and handed it to me. When I took a sip I immediately spit it out. The coffee 1. Was still not frozen 2. I could taste the coffee grounds in it. 3. It tasted as if it sat for a week & resembled dirt. I was very disappointed & wound up throwing it in the trash. I’m upset because I feel as though it was a waste of my money & time. Please make sure your employees know how to make the items on the menu before advertising.

Great place ! The woman who waited on us was super friendly ; place was super clean … and the Cinnabons … well… they’re Cinnabons so delicious!!! Will certainly be going back 💕
