Isabella was great! She was getting orders out quickly and my order was the best I had from Rita’s all season.
First time back to a Rita's in over 10 yrs. Excellent ices; great selection of flavors. Expected an after school crowd but there were no other customers. Plenty of parking.

Went to get ice cream for my family and the kids and your girl who was serving us was gnawing at her fingers and her knuckles with her fingers in her mouth scratching her face and her mouth.. UGH ...!!!! Disgusting!!! Obviously she was having a breakout of some sort and was serving us ice cream we had to throw out our ice cream. It was a very disgusting unprofessional service. We will not be going back.

Just took my two boys out for some icecream after their ballgame. I wasn’t expecting to meet such a rude scooper and half a cup of ice cream filled. I’m pretty sure she was handing out free ice cream to some b word and a Middle Aged man. Yes I know, it’s a very weird dynamic. ??? blonde Rita’s girl

First Gelato of the year, delicious!
We always enjoy Rita's. But tonight I want the owner/manager to know that the girls working there were very responsible and handled themselves well during the mulch/electrical fire. Great job girls.
