I received a veal Parmesan hero that was burnt. The owner claims that I received it perfectly, which was not true. I received it hot so why would I put it in the oven tipped the girl $10 this place is awful.

Had 4 takeouts from AL Dentes pizzeria in the last 2 months.. One of the takeouts were eatable.. The other three we had to throw out over 50% of the food.. Pizza was burnt onion rings were completely not fit for consumption. The frys were soggy.. The raps are absolutely tiny & away over priced.. I won't be using this place again, because of the food, price and hospitality, its so poor.. I miss the old owners of this once thriving & best place to eat in lake Ariel, unfortunately its not any longer 😢

So upset with our order. Management was smoking weed on the porch while we were waiting for the order! We get it home and both of our pizzas have been made with American cheese??? You can literally see the American cheese slices halfway melted and burnt on our pizzas And no red sauce?? I wish we were making this up. Totally disgusting and inedible. Our starving family is so upset. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
After speaking with the owner, they offered us a refund, which we appreciate. Still not sure what went wrong with our pizzas, but that did make it a little bit better.

Never again ! I ordered a soft serve and hard chocolate dip and had to wait at least 15 minutes because you had to turn both on to warm up ! Then received and it was too soft was melting like crazy and very small portion ! I’ll go where it’s already warmed up and ready to go ! For my inconvenience you should’ve just said it’s on the house and sorry or gave a discount !not a good first impression ! It should all be on and ready to go ! I just wanted to grab and go ! There was no line ! No one was in there! It was my first time ! And last! You should’ve made it right right then and there! You should all be wearing hairnets and gloves.

We ordered this to be delivered, it was horrible. So much cheese and not much sauce. Margaritas pie had huge pieces of tomato slices on it which made the crust soggy. Very disappointed and 72.00 for 3 pies and we threw half of it out. Just don't understand why nobody around here knows how to make good pizza

I think the new owner of this business is doing an amazing job transforming it from what it used to be. The ice cream and Italian icees are delicious and not to mention the desserts. The food never disappoints. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Not a fan of the boneless wings, they were really hard and lots of breading... Glad to see the old salad containers are back. !!! 🎉 Got a steak and cheese stromboli and idk what happened, but it tasted funny, like the food was old or something.

The people here are so friendly and the garlic knot pie was out of this world. Not to mention their Stromboli's are huge compared to anywhere else around this area! The ice cream was also fantastic!

Stayed away for several months after receiving an overcooked pizza which included a hair over the winter . Decided to give it another try after the other neighboring pizzeria wouldn't answer their phone. AGAIN, very disappointed. Pizza crust was so paper thin we couldn't even pick a slice up with our hands and the cheese tasted kinda weird also. Don't plan on going back after having back to back bad pies.
