Absolutely horrible!! Everything that we 1st ordered they didn't have.... every time we tried to order something the poor waitress had to come back and apologize that they didn't have it ..for example the fact that they didn't have hoagie rolls for 3 WEEKS!! finally got something to order amd the waitress wrote it down correctly but the totally incompetent cook staff totally made the 1st order wrong at this point we just left. . I tried to pay for our drinks and leave a tip and the poor waitress was so embarrassed she refused to take anything from me..I did yell back to the cooking staff "ty for absolutely running my lunch that I missed today" ..I won't ever recomend this place until the find people who can perform their jobs correctly. .

ZERO STARS! SO BAD! We went for breakfast and didn’t get our food until lunch time! Literally we were there for 2 hours and most of that was waiting since the food was barely edible ! They were short staffed with two waitresses, and one cook, but when we arrived there were only two other families there. It took at least half an hour for someone to come take our order. We had kids with us so you would’ve thought that their little pancakes would have come out right away especially since one of them said how hungry they were, but no. After an hour and a half our food SLOWLY came out. Sides were coming out before the rest of the meal with big time gaps. The food was absolutely terrible too! Home fries and hasbrowns were definitely frozen and tasted as such. The eggs Benedict tasted rancid. The almost $5 fruit cup was from a can. I asked for cheese on my eggs which didn’t happen. The only thing that the family seemed to be able to tolerate were the pancakes. Oh and a side of bacon never came. Seriously, eggs, potatoes (which clearly just needed to be defrosted), and pancakes do not take that long to make and after being there for so long how do you possibly screw up an order?! Don’t let me forget the mouse p*** in the bathroom!

We went here for breakfast and other than the home fries everything we ate was absolutely delicious!Coffee was good. Waitress was super nice even though she was alone and it was a busy Sunday morning. I jad the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs it was all amazing - the potatoes didn't have much flavor just a lot of paprika - would try the hashbrown next time.But there is so many items on the menu I plan on trying and theyvserve all meals all day.

We entered with high hopes for a local diner to make our regular stop for a weekly treat for the family. First impression was great with a quaint and friendly diner feel. Our order was taken with no issues and with hopes of the good food (1 appetizer, 1 kids spaghetti and 2 adult entrees with salads). The waitress brought us our drinks and coffee and then we patiently waited for our food. After 15 minutes of sitting alone with no food appearing and not being checked on we began to look around for our waitress. We found her standing around with another waitress and the hostess talking. After waiting another 5 minutes (20 minutes since we ordered) we had to go to the counter to ask about our food. It turns out the order was never put in the computer and the excuse was there was a big table in the back.We ended up paying for the drinks only and leaving. This was a disappointing experience, 35 minutes total in the diner and our food order was not put into the computer and the waitress only coming to the table once. Will not be returning and will tell all friends to be wary of this failure of a diner.

Food is fresh, made to order and to your specs, service is prompt. My husband declared the country-fried steak platter "the best in town". The Greek salad is terrific and the pasta fagioli (soup of the day) was excellent. If you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?

Anna-Capri Diner, is an amazing, quaint restaurant that Hamlin needed. Their food is top notch, fresh and completely homemade. My personal favorite is their chicken and shrimp scampi, absolute perfection. The owners and staff are extremely kind and professional. You don't wanna miss their BBQ, it is OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD
Food was great,my doctor would have been mad to see how much I ate. Staff was very nice. A little slow but they had a big party in back room. A new diner working out kinks.

Food was excellent except for the frozen french fries and the cheap buns. The rug was really dirty. The waitress was really nice but not very professional. She came to our table while talking on the business phone. They had a young girl working there who brought us our drinks and she put her fingers inside the glass as she was setting it down on the table. Seriously great food but probably a much better experience as takeout.

Garbage. Omlette tasted so bad my wife couldn't swallow one bite. My dog didn't even want it. I feel like the sausage was spoiled or extremely low quality. The smell literally made us gag.Place looks exactly the same, no charm or upgrades.I really dont see this place staying open.Luckily the majority of the locals don't really know any better when it comes to cuisine.You'll get better food at ihop up the road. Or jump on 84 and go to Greentown Grill, which is 100x better.I was really hoping for a good diner to come back to the area.I'm still hoping.

Good price, clean restaurant, really nice staff. Burgers where very over done and we immediately where offered new food. The cook is changing as of today. Breakfast there 3 times and never an issue at all. Good stuff.

Went to Palermo's but they fail to advertise still under construction & take out only. Nice Anna's was on the way. Good food, large portions, decent pricing & fast friendly service.
