Thought we’d try something new for dinner and never again!! My burrito was completely apart when we opened the back and I’m 95% sure was the wrong item. Ordered a classic burrito which was supposed to have veggies, no veggies were on said burrito and instead bbq sauce? Think they gave us the bbq chicken burrito. Secondly my husband got a taco and a beef burrito which he traded with me since i didn’t want bbq and the beef is worst most unseasoned taco meat we have ever had. Gross!!!!

From the moment I swiped my card and looked to the right and saw the meat sitting out I knew I’d regret this $26 purchase. Came home and the taste was awful and as I’m packing it away to throw out, I see a hair. Horrible.

Coming from New York we have our fair share of taco joints but Cali taco definitely puts up a fair fight against them, every time I’m in the area we like to stop in. I’ve only ever had a good experience with the customer service & the food is always great!

Omg!!!! Food is amazing. Every-time we head to the Poconos we stop at California Taco for either lunch or dinner. My son has asked me to bring it back to NY for him. 3 hour car ride and he will eat it cold. I brought a group of 25 friends, adults and kids after a long ski day and they all loved it as well. It’s a must to eat there. I highly recommend going. Also, the service is amazing and the owners are delightful.

I frequent California Taco for lunches and dinners. I’m not one to eat out but this restaurant makes everything homemade and you can definitely tell. From the taco shells, to the sauces, to the delicious variations of toppings (shrimp, fish, pork, chicken and beef), it NEVER disappoints. And their portions are bountiful! You will never leave hungry.
Also, what is inviting is that it is a family-owned business and they are always welcoming and accomodating. Great place to go when you feel like eating homemade food but you don’t feel like cooking!

Stopped in after our daughter’s softball game for lunch. We had a great experience. Dahlia was very welcoming as soon as we walked in and was eager to customize our order. She was very generous giving us samples of different homemade dipping sauces. Everything was homemade with care. She was even kind enough to treat us to their Oreo dessert.

Be sure to compare your bank statement to the receipt you sign after swiping your debit card here, this restaurant secretly charges you twice for the 3.5% debit card processing fee. The amount shown on the merchant copy of receipt reflects the correct balance due after the fee is charged, but then they're also charged a second duplicate fee of 3.5% to your card, which you'll only be aware of if you happen to get instant transaction notifications from your bank like I do.
Being charged $1.97 twice doesn't sound like a big deal but taking an extra 3.5% of every transaction processed on that machine from all debit/credit users, well that's a lot of money in the businesses pocket that they're not entitled to, and it's illegal.
