Great little diner with a railroad theme. I enjoyed watching the trains go by as I ate my breakfast. Service was super quick and courteous. Good food and reasonable prices. Stop in next time you're in Lake City!

Was told to be sat down by someone who was annoyed as if their cat threw up in front of the front door as they were leaving for work. Understandable as they were at 3/4 capacity. Everyone has bad days and I figured their goldfish died the night before or whatever. Sat down and for the next 10 minutes noticed the waitstaff waiting on tables that had already been served which they could have requested something before I sat down, so no problem. A group of three guys came in and the staff greeted them in manner that obvious they were regulars. So after another minutes I hear someone start taking the order of the three gentleman, who had menus in hand. I was tolerable of certain things but not getting served for this long for a trio of hunks getting their order taken after coming in 10 minutes after I did. There should be studies of working in a place next to where trains go through and where the possibility of your goldfish dying. Im sure this isn't how things normally are but if you're not part of their club, you're going to be waiting awhile.
